You can wake up and see cattle and horses on our working ranch. You can walk down our driveway and see the scenery of the Kansas Flinthills. You are a half mile from the Fall River Wildlife Area with its Public Hunting. We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

You are renting a century-old homestead house. The bathroom is on the main floor, and the bedrooms are upstairs. 5 beds. Extra charge for more than 2. You’ll have access to free Wi-Fi, central heat & air, Smart TV, kitchen appliances & utensils, coffee maker, and more. The garage only fits smaller vehicles. The entrance is 7' 8" wide & 14ft deep. -- Located on Commercial St. -- Cross street from ESU campus (Library) -- Private room entrance and locks. -- Short walk ( 1 minutes ) to breakfast shop or full service restaurant. ***** This is a beautiful and comfortable unit as long as you don’t mind about the stairs. This unit is at the second floor. To get access to the room, you need to go through a long stairway. Ideally not recommended for anybody with super heavy luggage. We do not have elevator.
