Brian's place was a clean and simple place to stay. It is a refurbished basement so it was a little damp but overall it met expectations.

Place has a very comforting mid century feel complete with old school appliances and was a very relaxing space to stay in.

This was the second time I have stayed at Tyler's Loft. It was very nice . I love the kitchen! We cooked a Everything we needed to cook was there, dishes, pots and pans, serving ware, etc. I felt really taken care of. I will use the place again in a heartbeat. ❤️

ONE BIG REGRET... is not having stayed long enough to appreciate everything inside the unit!!!!! Clean, BEAUTIFUL and so interesting. I believe there is a working tv in the living room but we did not even notice! We were in Kansas for a college graduation. Our children range from teenager-young adult. Our nights were spent in the living room sipping tea, playing the piano, enjoying the history books and just admiring EVERYTHING around. We learned a lot from Leavenworth alone. It is incredibly decorated and we all enjoyed every detail. Debra left lights on because we arrived late. She really puts so much into every detail. Our family enjoyed our daughter's graduation but we all looked forward to getting back to the unit every night. The area is quiet and there are coffee houses and restaurants within a walking distance. Our family would LOVE to go back again.

Close to family we were visiting in North Lawrence. Place looked just like pictures. Clean and well stocked (spent a minute looking for the utensils though lol!) As mentioned in other reviews, a block from the train, but the white noise machines are helpful and I didn't have an issue sleeping (I'm usually a light sleeper). Close to Cleo & Leo, which is a great coffeeshop. I did have an issue with the wifi, which was never responded to, but luckily the issue resolved on it's own.

This was the perfect place to stay! The home was clean, well-kept, and very aesthetic. It was in a great location - quick drive time to downtown MHK.

Stayed in town for a college visit and Kris’s home was very close to campus, cozy and comfortable beds!

A perfect, serene location with great amenities! Little House in the Prairie 2025 style. Lived this place so much it was hard to leave!

My adult children and grandchildren arrived prior to my husband and I. they had all the sleeping arrangements picked out for everyone and gave me a tour. the A-frame was spectacular upon entering the kitchen went on for what seemed a mile, beautiful, white, marble kitchen with gorgeous stainless steel appliances. and the deck beyond the family room. the three tweens slept upstairs it was perfect for them and they loved it. we slept on the main floor, perfect! my daughter and son-in-law on the lower level along with my other daughter on the pull-up sofa. we were all very comfortable and happy with the arrangements. we went to the beach one day. the kids went hiking around the house with the metal detector one day and then it rained. we went to Pillsbury something with a waterfall and goofed around for a while. came home and ate and watched amazing sunsets. had a glow stick/necklace party on the deck after dark, then it stormed. played the game Life for 3 eves in a row, I think Emmy won

The house truly felt like a home. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and all the little things were thought of. My kids enjoyed running in the spacious backyard and challenging each other with the board games provided. The property was very centrally located as advertised. We never had to drive more than 10 minutes to all of the places we wanted to explore. I would highly recommend this property and would 100% stay here again!

I had a wonderful, quiet and cozy stay. Tonya was very helpful and friendly and she made me feel welcomed. I would definitely recommend this place.

Had a wonderful girls trip in Lawrence. Loved how close it was to Mass street and the farmers market! We enjoyed the hot tub and drinks at night.

This is our highest recommendations if you want to be near all the action and restaurants but still very private and quiet! We were next door to the Saturday farmers market and at the doorstep of the fun annual Busker Festival (3 days) downtown and enjoyed experiencing both, but when we returned to our apartment not a sound could be heard. This property had everything we needed to feel at home, so our stay-at-home dinners were interspersed with great restaurant meals within easy walking distance. Ashley was always very responsive and the perfect host. All in all this was a great one week stay, and we definitely hope to return whenever we come back to Lawrence!

Stayed here for my Advanced Trauma Life Support class and excellent walking distance from Stormont Vail hospital. Host was awesome! Cleaning lady was excellent and very helpful! Absolutely would stay here again!

Host was super responsive, the location was very walkable (would be especially good for football games and graduation), and the price was affordable.

We visited Lawrence for the Big 12 Track & Field Championship and appreciated the comfort of this townhouse. It is close to the trendy restaurants and shops on Massachusetts Street but in a quiet location adjacent to a nice walking trail.

Aaron's place was great for a long weekend in Lawrence! The space was very nice and cozy and the bed was very comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

I have experienced two extended stays at Corbin’s Prairie Condo in Topeka. I will definitely stay here again if it is available the next time I am in Topeka. This condo is in a nice complex with quiet neighbors and plenty of very close parking. The surrounding area is in a very safe neighborhood and I felt comfortable coming and going at all times. The condo itself is just as inviting and comfortable as the pictures. The kitchen has all of the things you need to actually cook and clean up. There is empty cabinet space in the kitchen, and lots of drawers and closet space for your own belongings in the bedroom. This feels like a comfortable home in a way that very few other short-term rentals achieve. There is also easy access to a popular multiuse paved trail system about a block from the condo as well as a popular disc golf course in the same area. Corbin himself is very friendly and super responsive. I can’t say enough about how much I loved staying here.
