Monthly Rentals in Eminönü

We are a family with two young kids (aged 5 and 3) and had a great time. the property is secure and child friendly and we felt safe in the neighborhood to walk around day and night. the metro/tram was a short walk from the house and we found a local park that the kids enjoyed. The house is warm, and Sena was always avaliable to answer any questions. we would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone and would stay here again. P.S. - visit Çabuk Waffle just down the road for a delicious sweet treat on your way home.

The accommodation was perfect; beautiful, very well equipped, and quiet because overlooking a garden. It is conveniently located, 5 minutes from the Galata Tower and 5 minutes from the tram line going directly into the center of Istanbul. Entry into the apartment is easy thanks to the caretaker at the entrance ( at any time) A rental we recommend!

Melissa’s place was amazing. I’ve received clear instructions on how to go around the area as well as in the building itself. Proximity of the shops and restaurants, security, garage and location of the apartment made my stay an unforgettable experience. Host made sure I understood everything and even did a follow up question after some time if everything is okay. Definitely a 10/10 experience! Would recommend it to anyone.

Ayet is a really helpful host. He helps wherever he can. The location of the apartment is very good, there is even a port nearby from which ships depart. The view of the sea is also close. The apartment is aesthetically furnished and very large. Household appliances work very well. If not, Ayet will repair it promptly. There is also an elevator. The TV is also very great. Unfortunately, the kitchen is not well equipped. And unfortunately there is some mold in the shower. In general, I am satisfied and can recommend the apartment!
