Everything is this apartment is just perfect! Let's start with the amazing view from your living room with french windows. There are 4 bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and 4 baths, so it's convenient for all the guests. There is everything inside for your stay. Fast wifi network that is very rare in Istanbul. The place was very clean and worm when we get inside. Host was friendly and help us with free parking for our cars and overall stay. So the conclusion is that this was one of the best airbnb's that we've stay in Istanbul. Highly recommend!

The location is very excellent - the view is very wonderful - the cleanliness is excellent - there is a common terrace overlooking Khorafia - the security is very, very high - the apartment is spacious and worth every riyal paid in it - there is an internal elevator for the apartment - access to the location of the apartment needs to climb a staircase - the host is excellent, cooperative and keen on a distinctive stay - I will repeat the choice, God willing, many times

I stayed here for 6 weeks while I worked at a hospital nearby. The place is in a great location, with lots of cafes restaurants nearby. The house itself although quite small is lovely, cosy and clean. The view is amazing and the home was very well equipped for short term stays. I also felt very safe staying there as a solo female, security was great. Mehmet Selim was also very attentive and responsive. 10/10

The best host ever! They helped us with so many things throughout our stay. The house was beautiful and clean, with a stunning view of the Bosphorus. Communication was excellent—very fast and incredibly helpful. The location is strategic, close to the metro, ferry to the European side, as well as cafes and restaurants. We will definitely book again in the future! Just a small note: 3 of the rooms and the bathroom are located in the basement, so you’ll need to go down a flight of stairs.

The room and bathroom are a little larger and very clean than the photos. There were basic cooking utensils such as pots, frying pans, olive oil, and a microwave, which was convenient. The view of the Marmara sea was relaxing and wonderful. The terrace chairs are very fluffy and comfortable. Carrefour Mart is an 8-minute walk, and the bus and train are a 10-minute walk away. If you take the train and go to two or three stops (about 10 minutes), it is right in the center of the old town. The host welcomed us in person and is a very kind and caring person. The location was really great!!. It’s within 10-20 mins walking distance from many major tourist attractions and just 1-2 blocks from really good restaurants. No need for a taxi unless you want to visit other neighborhoods. We did, but found the best to be right where we were. Check in was easy— we were greeted by Mustafa’s parents, who live upstairs. They were very friendly and gave helpful tips on where to eat and how to get around. The apartment was as the photos, and very clean. Bathroom is tiny, but well appointed. It was quiet and felt safe. I would have liked to have additional blankets as it was a bit chilly at night. (I like it warm) I just turned the heat on for a short while. Other than that minor thing, it was a great stay. I’d book there again if I went back to Istanbul.

This was a lovely place to spend our first week in Turkey. It was very comfortable, there were plenty of kitchen supplies, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. Although it is right on a busy street, it was quite quiet inside, especially the bedrooms. We really liked having a washer and dryer. There are two or three small markets nearby. Public transit was easy to access. There aren't many restaurants close by, so we were glad to be able to take the tram or the funicular to access other neighborhoods with lots of restaurants. The view of the Bosphorus was always enjoyable with the many boats going by all of the time. We would highly recommend the apartment to others.

✨We are really happy to have chosen this accommodation for our trip. It was fantastic! The house was very clean. There was even a smart robot vacuum cleaner that drove through the apartment. Great place. Sweet was very easy to reach and connect. Location was the bess part : 9 mins walk to metro , Cevahir shopping mall , and grocery.

Zafer was friendly and generous. He went beyond the call of duty to be helpful. The view of the Bosphorus especially from the bedroom and the terrace was simply magical. I highly recommend Zafer’s place.

The location of the house was very central. It was a very meticulous house in terms of cleanliness, everything was sparkling clean. The decoration was very tasteful and the ambiance of the house was very peaceful. The host Mr. Ahmet was very caring and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. I really felt right at home. I would definitely like to come again and recommend it to everyone with peace of mind!

during checkin..its seem like dull neighbourhood..but day after tours around istanbul. now i realised this apartment is actually peaceful neighbourhood and really great place to stay after tired. Btw, the highlight of this apartment is: -2min walk to tram yusufpasa -1min walk to bustop -1min walk to various atm -some restaurants downstairs -5min walk to convenience store the house itself - spacious - bright vibe - tiptop clean - well maintained - enough silverware to cook yourself - feel like own home the host - super responsive - no problem with english - warm welcoming by his father even though not really into english speaking but we got his point. if i need to describe in 2 words about this apartment is " convenience location"

Niche is an amazing host Very helpful from the beginning untill we check out The apartment is tastefully decorated and big enough for our group of 5 people 1 has slept on the sofa in the living room which was very comfortable The beds were high end quality and very comfortable to sleep Even though the apartment is located right next to Galata tower the neighborhood was very quite a hidden gem Surrounded by Many restaurants shops and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to discover Tram metro even ferries just few minutes away by walk We really enjoyed our stay at Niche’s place and definatelly book this place again
