Everything is this apartment is just perfect! Let's start with the amazing view from your living room with french windows. There are 4 bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and 4 baths, so it's convenient for all the guests. There is everything inside for your stay. Fast wifi network that is very rare in Istanbul. The place was very clean and worm when we get inside. Host was friendly and help us with free parking for our cars and overall stay. So the conclusion is that this was one of the best airbnb's that we've stay in Istanbul. Highly recommend!

The best host ever! They helped us with so many things throughout our stay. The house was beautiful and clean, with a stunning view of the Bosphorus. Communication was excellent—very fast and incredibly helpful. The location is strategic, close to the metro, ferry to the European side, as well as cafes and restaurants. We will definitely book again in the future! Just a small note: 3 of the rooms and the bathroom are located in the basement, so you’ll need to go down a flight of stairs.

객실과 욕실은 사진보다 좀 더 크고 매우 청결합니다. 기본 조리 도구인 냄비, 프라이팬, 올리브 오일 등이 있으며 전자렌지도 있어 편리했습니다. 마르마라 바다 전망은 편안하고 멋졌습니다. 테라스 의자는 매우 푹신하고 편안합니다. 까르푸 마트는 도보 8분이며 버스와 기차는 도보 10분 거리입니다. 기차를 이용하여 두 세 정거장(10분 정도)을 가면 바로 구시가지 중심입니다. 호스트는 우리를 직접 맞이하였고 매우 친절하고 배려심이 있는 좋은 사람입니다. 호스트는 매우 이른 체크인을 허용하였습니다. 감사합니다.

The location was really great!!. It’s within 10-20 mins walking distance from many major tourist attractions and just 1-2 blocks from really good restaurants. No need for a taxi unless you want to visit other neighborhoods. We did, but found the best to be right where we were. Check in was easy— we were greeted by Mustafa’s parents, who live upstairs. They were very friendly and gave helpful tips on where to eat and how to get around. The apartment was as the photos, and very clean. Bathroom is tiny, but well appointed. It was quiet and felt safe. I would have liked to have additional blankets as it was a bit chilly at night. (I like it warm) I just turned the heat on for a short while. Other than that minor thing, it was a great stay. I’d book there again if I went back to Istanbul.

This was a lovely place to spend our first week in Turkey. It was very comfortable, there were plenty of kitchen supplies, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. Although it is right on a busy street, it was quite quiet inside, especially the bedrooms. We really liked having a washer and dryer. There are two or three small markets nearby. Public transit was easy to access. There aren't many restaurants close by, so we were glad to be able to take the tram or the funicular to access other neighborhoods with lots of restaurants. The view of the Bosphorus was always enjoyable with the many boats going by all of the time. We would highly recommend the apartment to others.

Would highly recommend this apartment as a perfect location to base yourself in Istanbul. Easy walk to the ferry and metro and incredible views of the Galata Tower.

Es gab sogar einen intelligenten Staubsaugerroboter, der durch die Wohnung fuhr. Die Terrasse war faszinierend. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren 2-3 Gehminuten entfernt. Great place. Sweet was very easy to reach and connect. Location was the bess part : 9 mins walk to metro , Cevahir shopping mall , and grocery.

Zafer was friendly and generous. He went beyond the call of duty to be helpful. The view of the Bosphorus especially from the bedroom and the terrace was simply magical. I highly recommend Zafer’s place.

Evin konumu çok merkeziydi. Temizlik konusunda son derece titiz bir evdi, her şey pırıl pırıldı. Dekorasyonu çok zevkliydi ve evin ambiyansı çok huzur vericiydi. Ev sahibi Ahmet Bey çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi, giriş-çıkış süreci de sorunsuzdu. Kendimi gerçekten evimde gibi hissettim. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isterim ve herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim!

Her yere yakın, Beşiktaş’ın tam merkezinde harika bir konumda. Toplu taşıma ile ulaşım çok kolay. Ev hem çok konforlu hem de zevkle döşenmiş, tertemizdi. Ece ile iletişimimiz çok iyiydi, çok ilgili ve yardımcıydı. Terası da oldukça keyifliydi. Biz çift olarak konakladık ve gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz!

during checkin..its seem like dull neighbourhood..but day after tours around istanbul. now i realised this apartment is actually peaceful neighbourhood and really great place to stay after tired. Btw, the highlight of this apartment is: -2min walk to tram yusufpasa -1min walk to bustop -1min walk to various atm -some restaurants downstairs -5min walk to convenience store the house itself - spacious - bright vibe - tiptop clean - well maintained - enough silverware to cook yourself - feel like own home the host - super responsive - no problem with english - warm welcoming by his father even though not really into english speaking but we got his point. if i need to describe in 2 words about this apartment is " convenience location"

قابلت الأخ بندر فقد كان دقيقا في مواعيده وخدوم بشكل كبير وكان متعاونا جدا وقد ساعدنا في اختيار المواقع المناسبة للسياحة وكذلك أرشدنا إلى موقع استئجار السيارة

Niche is an amazing host Very helpful from the beginning untill we check out The apartment is tastefully decorated and big enough for our group of 5 people 1 has slept on the sofa in the living room which was very comfortable The beds were high end quality and very comfortable to sleep Even though the apartment is located right next to Galata tower the neighborhood was very quite a hidden gem Surrounded by Many restaurants shops and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to discover Tram metro even ferries just few minutes away by walk We really enjoyed our stay at Niche’s place and definatelly book this place again

Всё понравилось, красивый вид из окна и станция метро в пешей доступности. Рядом много ресторанов и кафе на любой вкус.

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.
