Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Eminence

We enjoyed a sublime weekend at Morgan's place! The house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The kitchen is a nice size and has most anything you might need. There are front and back decks, with lots of places to spend time outside enjoying the hilltop views. There's a big gas grill and a firepit with comfortable seating and plenty of firewood. The kitchen is open to the dining and living room areas, so it's a great place to cook with friends. The location is easy to find, just a few miles outside Eminence, and is super-convenient to Alley Spring and the Jack's Fork. Morgan is a great communicator and immediately took care of our request for more dishwasher pods. When we visit Eminence again, this is where we plan to stay.

My daughter and I enjoyed our time at this cute cabin. It's a great location near Montauk State Park, which has some beautiful areas by the river to relax. We went kayaking and Jadwin's Canoe Rental is close by as well. The fire pit area was great in the evenings and we enjoyed sitting on the back patio with coffee in the morning listening to all the birds in the trees behind the cabin. Thanks for a wonderful stay and we hope to visit again!

Place was even nicer than in pictures. Updated upstairs and downstairs with nice furniture. The hosts were accommodating, friendly and flexible. Beautiful property. A/C and all other amenities worked great.

Amy's place was exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed our stay. It was private and peaceful. The space was large enough for us to all spread out and feel comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped as well. We highly recommend Amy's place.

One of my favorite Air B&B's! Very well done renovation! Beautiful house with charm and lots of character. The air/heat setup was a bit of a challenge but I'm getting old so it could have been my issue. Lol! HUGE lot with lots of outdoor space. Honestly speaking, this kitchen was better stocks than ours. Lol! We have family close by so we'll definitely be back!

Extras I look for in an Airbnb.. full body mirror good water pressure (in shower) efficient air conditioner nice washer and dryer This location had all of these! Ladies, we always need a full body mirror. The shower had a rainfall shower head that was high up for the tall folks and had great water pressure. This shower included a large jacuzzi tub as an added perk! The air conditioner worked very well and cooled the entire space quickly. And the thermostat didn't require a YouTube search to figure it out! Normally I don't need a washer and dryer when I'm on vacation but this location is directly across the street from the river so it was nice to be able to wash my messy river clothes. The washer is HUGE and both washer and dryer have sensors which made doing laundry in foreign appliances a breeze!

It was a nice house with enough room for our extended family to be comfortable. It had two big tvs for relaxing in the evening. It also has a bbq grill although we didn't use it, along with a fire pit. Towels/washcloths are provided. I was confused a little on the check-out procedure because the airbnb site stated fewer details than the text msgs from the owner, and we didn't figure that out until we were on the road after leaving(The airbnb email stated to put the used bedding in a pile on the floor, where HER message stated to put it in the laundry basket--we felt bad that we didn't do it correctly because of two differnent things suggested). When we got there, someone had left a styrofoam take-out box with old food covered with ants on the top of the refrigerator, but we threw it away so no biggie. There were also many condiments left from other folks in the fridge which could be a good thing. Very pleasant stay and a great location!

An amazing place. We had both Shepherd's Place and Black River and could not have asked for more. Plenty of space and private bath for each bedroom was just awesome! Watched the eclipse outside and the privacy was incredible. No crowds! Thank you to our incredible host!

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was cozy, clean, and super cute—just far enough out of town to feel peaceful and tucked away, yet still close to everything the area has to offer. It was the perfect balance of quiet and convenience. We’ll definitely be back again!

I've made many trips down there to camp and float since I was little. I needed somewhere less primitive to stay this time since I was visiting for a wedding. This was perfect! Stacy gave clear instructions on how to get inside before I arrived. The place was very clean and well kept. Bonus points for being so close to the river! Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean, easy to find, and in a great location—just minutes from Fort Leonard Wood. The hosts were very responsive and hospitable, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This was a last minute booking, we just stayed one night to break up our drive back home and Heather was very responsive in our communications. Her place was very comfortable and had everything we needed to have a relaxing night before a long drive home the next day. The couch and bed was comfortable and the shower was relaxing. Would definitely recommend and would book again if we're are every back in the area.

We stayed above the Pickle and Perk cafe. This was convenient for walking to our morning coffee and breakfast. At night we enjoyed the courtyard below us as well as the small balcony. Owners were very friendly and responsive to our needs but also respectful of our privacy. The place was very clean and the bedroom was lit with romantic twinkling lights.

Really nice, comfortable apartment with a lovely back patio overlooking a green space (this was an unexpected surprise to me!). The apartment was spacious and had everything a person needs, including really nice fluffy towels. I didn't have time to use the pool but it looked super-clean and very well kept. Great location in the southern Ozarks. Extraordinarily friendly and accommodating hosts. Would love to stay here again if/when work brings me back to the area.

Place was clean and tidy. Bed was comfy with super soft sheets. Close to everything you need to see in this little town.

Hogans hideout was a spacious and clean space. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed here last year and again this year. Always a pleasant stay, clean, friendly, peaceful and fun. Sits just on the edge of town to be quiet but close enough to walk to the dairy shack or down to the coffee shop. It’s a great place to stay, great hosts, and very very clean. We will be back again next year!
