Vacation rentals with a home theater in Emilia-Romagna

The space is exactly as shown in the photos, everything was very clean and very organized. The apartment is spacious and has a great bathroom, with an excellent shower! The hosts were always very available and answered any questions very quickly and cordially. Access to the bus that takes you to downtown Florence is very close and practical. The recommendations were very helpful and clear!

I had an amazing stay at one of the most beautiful Airbnbs I've ever experienced! Located in a historic palazzo in the heart of Florence, the apartment is surrounded by stunning frescoed walls and immersed in centuries of history. The space is a perfect blend of classic architecture and modern design, creating a truly unforgettable atmosphere. My stay was nothing short of incredible, and I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to Tuscany.

Was a lovely place to stay right in the centre of the old town of Lucca with a beautiful view of the Basilica out the window. Was very handy to restaurants and shops. Any questions I had were answered quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone heading to Lucca.

We stayed there as family of 5 and it was perfect. 3 single beds for the kids and a Queen bed. It had a full kitchen where we could cook. It was a 5 minute walk to a big park with a fun fair and bikes for hire. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach. Pisa and Lucca is 30 mins which we visited. There is a car park for a small/medium car which was handy for us. Elia was very responsive and had little extra things in the house like water, milk and some snacks. I also enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the birds. Lovely space, felt like home.

Perfection! Could not be happier with Gerardo and Danila's lovely apartment. Modern, super-clean, quiet and with parking and aircon. Nice touches such as coffee machine plus pods and little treats. Lovely shower, and handy washing machine for swimming gear, which you can dry on the balcony. Communications were clear about everything and extra advice and info about Rapallo, Cinque Terre, Portofino. Great to be reassured about safety of parking in Rapallo / St Margarita for after our checkout. Gerardo took the time to show us everything about the apartment and parking garage on check in. In the end we did not even need the garage as we parked at the apartment under Gerardo's advice about which spaces to use. Everything was easy. Don't hesitate, just book it!

We had a wonderful week at Simonas house. We were two families of 10 people and had plenty of room in the house. The pool was great . The villa was magical! Beautiful and gently renovated with all the old details preserved. A treat to visit! The surroundings were beautiful and rural with a lot of mountains, so car is almost a must. Then you can easily get to different sights on either the coast or nearby villages. We can really recommend Simona and the house as a host!

it was an unbelievable stay at Guilianos, clean and sizable with amazing rooms in a really nice location. giuliano and his daughter Serena were amazing hosts who were always available to help when needed, and gave great recommendations. Serena also picked us up and dropped us off when we needed which above and beyond. thank you so much guys!

Beautiful home in a beautiful area. Can step from the backyard onto miles and miles of beautiful hiking trails to the nearby, incredible views from the second outdoor dinner table, house was clean and surprisingly well-equipped for how rural the area is (dependable power, warm shower, thoroughly well-stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, comfortable beds, clean and delicious spring water available from the taps, the works). Host was very responsive and helped with issues, even despite not being in the area the weekend of our visit, and they sent someone (Marco) to help bring our things, drive to and from the town center, and treat us to some local wine and fresh bread when we arrived. Marco was also very responsive, one text away, and happy to help with anything that we needed. Overall a really comfortable and beautiful accommodation. Would happily stay again.

Great stay, very soothing place with the sound of the river. Very good hospitality too, there is everything you need to get started on arrival, really great!

Fouad and his wife received us (two parents with 4 adult children and a dog) very hospitably, we felt right at home. The house offers all the space and tranquility. Next to it live several shelter dogs who made noise as soon as we walked past the house. After we made them friends (with dog treats), they were much calmer from then on. The atmosphere in and around Casa Paola and the beautiful weather made us spend most of the time on the terrace and around the spacious swimming pool, wonderfully relaxed holiday feeling! Fouad was always very helpful. The non-functioning refrigerator was immediately addressed and a spare refrigerator was installed. He spontaneously offered to take our son to the station on departure (because our car was very full), super friendly! All in all, an absolute must, we look back with pleasure to the days in Casa Paola!

We just returned form a wonderful week in pelago. The house is beautiful and the location is stunning, if you want a relaxing break in private surroundings with amazing views in all directions. We were a group of 9 including four boys aged 4-11 and three grandmothers in their 70’s. The house had something for all and the games room was a real bonus for the kids with lots of Lego which was perfect. We spent most of our time at the pool which is lovely, large and clean and all yours with a great view of the surrounding countryside. Night swims after dinner were a real hit with the kids. We really hope to return to this magical place in the future. Nicoletta was very kind and accommodating to all our requests. Highly recommend

Housing is close to shops. you just have to cross the road and you're right on the beach. We were able to swim after visiting the 5 Terres, pure happiness🫶 The bed is extremely comfortable. Roxana is really adorable, very kind and very attentive to these guests. I would recommend this accommodation which will allow you to take a very nice break away from the crowds.🌞

Really great accommodation furnished with a lot of love for detail and everything you need. We were absolutely thrilled and the apartment exceeded our expectations!! The hosts were very quick in communication and everything went smoothly! We will be happy to come back :)

Place was spotless! Close to the busyness of the town, but quite at night to let us recharge. Past 9 pm , there wasn't a soul on our street. I especially appreciate the gestures of our host Lorella, you can tell she is the nicest lady. We had a bottle of wine waiting for us , along with the cutest table setting for a cozy breakfast or tea time. Those baked treats were so yummy, we ate them all! I did leave something behind in Lorella's apt and she has been so responsive to all my inquiries and even accepted to ship it back to me. She goes above and beyond. Thank you Lorella for letting us in your place! We had an amazing time in Florence!

The apartment is a real treat, it feels like home. Minute of anything, including washing machine and dryer, in addition to the dishwasher. Very clean, nothing was missing, new and super-equipped bathroom. Parking is easily located below the house. Very quiet area. The supermarket, in a large shopping mall, is a minute away by car. We stayed with our children and I recommend it. The gem is the Home cinema. We saw the game

Valentina’s apartment is the ideal airbnb, someone’s well kept home that they share with guests. It’s spacious, nicely decorated, and well appointed. It suited two adults and one baby very well, with a crib & baby chair provided. Communication throughout was prompt and accurate. A friend of Valentina’s welcomed us to Modena, assisted with parking, provided instructions to the appliances and was available for any questions. Modena is lovely and very manageable on foot, and this is an excellent/central location to explore the entire city from. Highly recommend, we hope to return one day.

Our stay was just perfect! The accommodation is furnished with great taste in a revisited modern style, with attention to the smallest details. Everything you need to feel at home was there, and every space was welcoming and functional. A big thank you also to the hosts Sabrina and Carlo, always friendly, helpful and ready to respond via chat quickly and efficiently. Excellent experience, to be repeated without hesitation!!

Very spacious place with a fully equipped kitchen. The location was great, right next to the train station, and walking distance to every place we wanted to go. Anto is a helpful and responsive host.

We’ve never stayed in a B&B like this before. Pristine clean and absolutely loaded with amenities - everything that we could possibly want. And if there was something that we might have wanted, all we had to do is call and it would be taken care of - the host lives around the corner and is extremely responsive. The location also was perfect, near the promenade by the water, shops and restaurants, but on a quiet street that allowed for peaceful sleeps. What sets this place apart for us is the “way above and beyond” effort to ensure we had a real experience (which is what we wanted). We were asked what our interests were (culture, churches and food) and the recommendations completely fit our interests. Absolutely loved all the places we visited and the foods that we ate. We will miss this place and its culture. It’s truly special and left us with life-long memories.
