This property exceeded our expectations in every way! I noticed when we pulled up to the home that the exterior was pristine and neatly maintained. There were so many cozy corners. The decor is charming and well done. There are a lot of “extras” that make relaxing easier to do. We would love to come back some day…just to stay here.

Amazing views, great natural light, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and updated bathrooms. Enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and Adirondack chairs on the sandy shoreline watching the wildlife. Super close to Lake City and Frontenac State Park and just a short drive to Red Wing-this is a great spot for exploring the towns, taking a hike or just relaxing at this beautiful spot and home.

We loved the layout of the house and the view of Lake Pepin at sunset. We had just the right amount of rooms and space for my son’s families and myself. The fireplaces were an added benefit which we truly enjoyed. Although we came down with the flu we all enjoyed the time spent there together. Thank you Sandy and Eric for sharing your house with us. It is a very special place.

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah's home! The home was so spacious and well equipped - perfect for our group of 8 adults. Sarah was very communicative and responsive. We really enjoyed the beautiful views of the property - the hot tub was also a bonus! We also did the short drive to Stillwater for shopping and restaurants.

This place worked great for our group of 12! We had plenty of room in the dining room to eat, and everyone had a place to sleep. It’s a beautiful old house with all the uniqueness of older buildings - our kids had fun opening doors and discovering new things. As the advisor of a group of kids, the creaking stairs made it easy to know when they were all waking up. I thought parking on Grand Avenue would be a nightmare but it was just fine. Crystal was amazing to work with and super cooperative - she was a dream to communicate with. I would recommend!

This place is absolutely gorgeous! We used the space for our wedding weekend and to get ready for the wedding. Denise was amazing. She was very communicative! She popped in and said hi and also added some cute little decorations. It was very clean and tidy. Check in and checkout were both super easy as well.

Place was secluded and nice space for larger group. Snowed while we were there and very responsive and coming to clear. We were staying with 5 adults and 4 kids skiing at Afton/Welch so the location was good. Didn’t spend anytime checking out the small towns or local sites, but appeared to be plenty of that. Also a nice sledding hill in backyard for kids.

We (5 girlfriends) were very pleased with the townhouse and the gorgeous view of the lake, from both the living room and the upstairs bedroom. The place was clean, well stocked with kitchen equipment, bedding, towels and much more. Beautifully decorated for the season (fall) with very comfortable furniture. We stayed at the pool house for a bachelor party and it did not disappoint! Being in early April we wanted to find a unique air bnb with something to do for 12 guys and we all had a blast swimming and throwing the football around. There are a lot of amenities, floatees, board game, tennis court with rackets etc. and the host was very thoughtful in setting this up. The kitchen was very nice and well appointed, the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, and we had no issues at all. I would highly recommend this place to any group getaway!

This place has an amazing view of the water and sunrise. There is ample sleeping room and the rooms and beds are bigger than they appear in photos. We also felt it was prettier than the photos when we got there and were very impressed. We used the private chef option and highly recommend! A lot of parking options as well. Highly recommend this place!
