GREAT location in Ohio City! Clean & cozy place. Beds were VERY comfortable! Two porches were nice options and the hot tub was a fun extra. Easy access with the coded door lock. I plan to be a repeat traveler and highly recommend to others.

I am almost willing to give up my home and move to Cleveland to stay in this apartment again. It was gorgeous, quiet, and had everything I needed. The building itself is old and beautiful (but everything has been redone) - the moldings and floors are to die for. The apartment itself is perfection. Everything I needed was provided for (and there's a tiny drug store downstairs in case you need a soda or a bag of chips), and Dani checked in with me every day to make sure I was doing well and had everything I needed. The floor to ceiling windows had black out shades, which made sleeping in the GLORIOUS bed even better. This is how good the bed and bedding were - my last question to Dani (other than "do you have homes in other cities") was "what kind of bed and bedding do you use?" It's time for me to replace my mattress, and I'm always in the market for new sheets. I slept through the night (which I never do) like a baby. I cannot recommend Dani's place highly enough. 1000 stars.

This location was perfect for my needs. The apartment was as described. There was excellent lighting for parking and entry into the building and in the hallways. The hosts were incredibly responsive and timely. The unit was very spacious and would be a nice place to host guests for a meal, full sized dining room table and dining room was big. The check in and check out instructions were very detailed, along with very helpful parking instructions.

This stay was everything my family wants when we travel!! A variety of bed sizes, spacious rooms with working Roku TVs, a large living room for games or movies, a well-appointed kitchen for our stay, easy access to laundry, dedicated parking, and a location that can’t be beat. Everything was as expected, and the host was quickly responsive to any questions or updates I wanted to share. 10/10 would stay again and would recommend the host for any other listed properties.

Our stay at 157 Paul St. was awesome! It had everything you needed for a weekend, even for a long stay! The beds were comfortable and the towels were luxurious! It had anything you needed for the bathroom or kitchen. The living room was simple but still had the essentials and a work desk. Everything was very clean and in order. Stephanie was great at communicating and we would definitely stay again!

Corinne's place was a wonderful stay for us. Instructions on where to park, how to access the building, etc. were very clear and easy to follow. The loft was very, very clean... spotless! We appreciated all the little extra details, especially the Keurig pods provided. I always pack my own coffee and had forgotten to, so we were so happy to see that they were provided. I would highly recommend this loft to others looking to book a stay in Sandusky! I'd like to note that we both found the bed to be on the firm side, but obviously this is something that is a personal preference so may not be an issue for others but probably good to know when booking. Thank you Corinne!!

Second time staying here at Nazeer’s place. Just a lovely, convenient, clean, comfortable place to base your Cleveland/Lakewood activities from. Nice back deck if weather allows, fully stocked kitchen for cooking in, comfy beds, etc. Really a nice place, and the interaction with Nazeer is always quick and positive.

4 of us stayed for 4 nights, overall place worked out great! It was clean and our dogs loved the fenced in yard. Also within walking distance to plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and vintage stores. There were a few basics we would have liked so see that we ended up having to buy like more paper towels, garbage bags and dish/bath towels but wasn't too big of a deal.

We had an absolute blast in Cleveland and this was the perfect place for our home base for the weekend. The unit was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect - we were able to stock on groceries at the market, walk to all of our meals and entertainment and even go for a train ride on the rapid. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice spot downtown.

Just ten minutes from the Akron bus terminal and a quick drive visiting Brandywine water falls. Hosts were super friendly and responsive. Highly recommended.

Tim’s place has everything you need, with a bonus of a private garage. The duplex is comfortable and super clean. Communication could not have been better. We had to pivot away from another Airbnb that required us to make a same-day reservation, and Tim quickly accommodated us. We were a party of two couples and never felt jammed in. Tim has a booklet with clear information on how to operate things, and provided a nice welcome bag with snacks upon arrival. Our trip had us spending a long weekend exploring Kent and Cuyahoga Falls, and Tim’s place in West Akron is easy traveling distance to both. We absolutely recommend Tim’s place if you’re in this vicinity.
