Enjoy the simplicity and comfort of this entire one-bedroom apartment with an en-suite bathroom. Fully equipped, with kitchen, washing machine, oven, microwave and lounge area. It is located on one of Elche's main avenues, overlooking the avenue's central park. Downtown apartment with a bus stop below the apartment and very close to the university, Vinalopo Hospital and shopping centers. Everything is 5 minutes from the apartment. Respect the hours of rest between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Located in the Altomar 1 development, a quiet area with a beautiful community pool and green areas to relax. On the terrace (porch) the sun greets you in the morning.
