Welcome to a quiet and family-friendly place in the middle of the city. The apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 5 adults. Here you have a short distance to most places, access to the garden, free parking and charging point for electric car. The house is from 1895, and much of the original is preserved. With good beds and a large kitchen with dining area, we hope that guests will have a pleasant stay in a place a little out of the ordinary. The apartment has no separate living room, but a small seating area in front of the wood stove in the kitchen.

It is a 20-minute walk from the train/bus station, and about a 25-minute walk to the Terningen college center. It is quiet and peaceful, and there is free parking. A large, nice balcony with outdoor seating areas. Walking nearby is nice. A walk around the museums, over the old bridge, and back is a popular route.

If you cross the road you come straight to a beautiful park area by the lake, Næra. Here you can fish, swim or realax and enjoy the sunset. We also offer our guests kayak and canoes to rent for free. In Næroset it is also great opportunities for outdoor hiking and cross country skiing in the winter. Only 20 minutes away is Sjusjøen
