Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space with quick access to I-84. We are just 12 minutes to Gresham but have the feeling of being secluded. In the winter come for the wind and mother nature! The unit has a private entrance in the back lower level of our home. Michael is a very friendly and thoughtful host. His ground level studio below his 2nd floor quarters were a great fit for my workstay in the area. Very comfy murphy bed, full fridge and plenty of hot water. No windows, setback from the street, nestled in a natural setting. Hopefully I'll be back in the area for another stay.

Well before we even checked in they were very responsive to planning questions we had, the home was beautiful inside and out, and they had everything you could think to need from kitchen supplies to an AMAZING DVD and game collection and all the water floaties and shoes you could possibly need! We were looking at future dates and other locations they had to offer before we even checked out! I will note the stairs do suck but I feel like we were well informed and the host was very transparent before we even paid so we knew that going in and that’s a choice you will have to make. It won’t stop us from enjoying this little piece of the world again!

We loved the view on the patio and the fireplace was very nice. The throws were a nice surprise and were very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the AC was amazing. The indoor fireplace was a nice touch. We really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a secluded getaway with awesome views.

Such a wonderful place to stay, really beautiful. It was so nice to listen to the birds in the mornings and evenings, the trails were really fun to meander through. Gorgeous location and Story House was a lovely place to settle into and unwind.
