Rockaway is a laid back town, great for getting away from the crowds and hustle.

You will love the view on the huge wrap around porch that over looks the Columbia River and the iconic ''Goonies House.'' 39th pier, Rogue Brewery and Coffee Girl are all in walking distance as well as the streetcar to downtown. There is a full fridge, dishwasher, new gas stove in the kitchen. In addition, there is a totally separate downstairs apartment in a daylight basement floor that is occupied. They do not have access to the hot tub or deck. Astoria licensed.

The home is located in walking distance to the Goonies House, Pier 39, the Astoria Riverwalk and hiking trails. It is a 35 minute walk or 5 minute drive into downtown Astoria and a quick 25 minute drive to the beach. Watch the deer wander through the backyard as you drink your morning coffee on your private balcony.
