PET free- due to the co-occupant has pet allergies or other health issues exacerbated by pets. The home is located in walking distance to the Goonies House, Pier 39, the Astoria Riverwalk and hiking trails. It is a 35 minute walk or 5 minute drive into downtown Astoria and a quick 30 minute drive to the beach.
