Sara’s place was perfect. Easy walk to convention center and everything else downtown. The unit was very clean & comfortable. Check in process was smooth and Sara’s communication was excellent. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Great place to stay! plenty to do and literally a 5min walk over the bridge to old town. If you are from out of town it is great place to check out old town shops and we even played mini-golf. The unit itself was very nice and just like the photos. The amenities are also amazing. Our host was super responsive and accommodating. I will be looking to staying here again.

Such a great location! We loved having the close-in downtown location with an easy walk to Old Town Sacramento! The secured garage parking gave us peace of mind, and the condo was very cozy. We didn’t utilize the pool and spa during our stay, but it looked pretty amazing. Wish we had more time to spend there!

We had such a great time and can’t wait to go back. The home was better than what we expected!

We stayed here for almost a month while we did a trial in downtown Sacramento. The location is great: quick, easy route to downtown and just a block away from the shipping mall and several good restaurants. The apartment is comfortable with all amenities. Traci was very easy to work with and was responsive to my emails. There is also a designated covered parking place for the unit.

I cannot recommend this place enough, the best experience I have ever had with a host by far. The place was exactly as advertised and Matt was extremely helpful with local recommendations and always being responsive. I instantly felt at home, and am so glad I booked the stay. The location is great with beautiful outdoor activities and trails all around. The experience was a 20/10, definitely book if you have the chance!

We had the best stay at this airbnb. Mike has thought of everything! Incredibly thoughtful touches and amenities-- nothing he hasn't thought of and they really prioritize making sure you are taken care of. We felt right at home and had everything we needed and more! We really enjoyed the gym and hot tub that were in the building as well as the gated parking structure with a reserved spot. The condo is walking distance from everything-- coffee shops, restaurants, bike trails, transit, everything! Couldn't recommend staying at this place more, you wont regret it!

I loved my stay at Susan’s! Was very easy to locate and get inside. Susan was responsive and the description of the stay was accurate. Great location with a trail running behind it.

Simply astonished by the quality and beauty of this property! Mike & Beth were very accommodating, allowed us to book in advance so that we could establish our travel plans without worry. The apartment was phenomenal, brand new appliances and furnishings, comfortable beds, immaculate restroom and kitchen. Plenty of storage space and linens, the location was perfect for DOCO/Golden 1 access, and we felt incredibly safe accessing the property and walking around late into the evening! The balcony is gorgeous, perfect view of the city and the Capitol building. Thank you so much for a reliable, comfortable travel experience. 10/10!!!

The pool! The Hottub! The multiple rooms and beds for colleagues make this a great place to rent for business stuff. Mia was generous with an early check in offer and great at communicating and responding if any issues came up. The pool was awesome, the hot tub lovely! Highly recommend this rental. Everything about this home was thoughtfully done and was the perfect place for me to buckle down and work on my masters thesis. Enjoyed the fresh eggs, the cozy and complete home with great sound system in the living room. Had fitness equipment, peloton! The beds were great as was the AC. The house had great jasmine bushes which smelled amazing! Thank you to Amado and family for a great stay. Would definitely stay again!

What a beautiful home with so many “distractions” to keep 8 adults occupied with activities or just an amazing space to relax and catchup. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great and spacious. Missing some amenities like salt, paper towels, and oil. But otherwise fantastic. Very responsive host and able to accommodate all of our requests.

The Nihao home was perfect for our event held at Discovery Park (NorCal CrossFit Classic). It was a quick 7 minute drive. There is a beautiful development called The Rivers, right beside this home that was perfect and safe for walking and running. The home was clean and uncluttered. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with the right amount of kitchen utensils, pans, glassware, etc. Again, the kitchen was uncluttered, pristine clean and we felt great about using it. It was a nice perk to have Netflix and some other TV options connected and available. The washer and dryer was an additional plus. We were totally happy with our choice of Nihao Home.

Rumen’s home was exactly what we were looking for as a relaxing place to start our summer. It was easy to get in,it was clean and welcoming, and had a convenient location. Rumen was a very responsive host, and that was appreciated. I would definitely stay again! Thank you!
