Despoina is a great host, responsive and very friendly. The house is cute, within a complex of traditional-style homes in beautiful surroundings and conveniently located between the town of Kalavryta and the ski resort. The house is well-equipped, though some additional supplies would improve the overall experience. I highly recommend Despoina’s house for a cozy and enjoyable mountain getaway!

Villa set in Stunning setting. Very precarious drive to villa. When asked for specific directions and address I did not hear from the host until we arrived at the airport, which was , for me a little frustrating as I like to plan ahead. The host met us at a petrol station near the villa which was fine but I wanted to know this was the plan before hand. Villa was very clean, minimal furniture and barely enough cooking Utensils/cutlery Definitely need a car to access bars , restaurants and beaches. It was very peaceful but I did not know that the villa is infact attached to another , this is still being finished off BUT when it’s occupied it will not have the peace and tranquility you expect . Check before you book to see if you’ll have neighbours. Cleaner didn’t come until day 5 , not enough when you toilet bins need emptying. The pool said it was heated but definitely was not, very cold . Dont leave any doors open as you will be overrun with cats.

Maria’s apartment was a perfect stay for our place in Patras. It was easy to find and although our arrival had been slightly delayed Maria was kind enough to wait and walk us through check in. It had everything we needed and Maria was also kind enough to drop off an ironing board for us. The apartment was immaculate and she had left it fully stocked which was greatly appreciated. The icing on the cake was having such a secure spacious parking space and very good air conditioning. Thank you Maria!

Really lovely stay, perfect size accommodation for 2 people, and a little plunge pool to enjoy in the mornings before heading out. Plus incredible views across the mountains! You would definitely need a car to get around down to the beach and restaurants. Dimitris is really helpful and has so many recommendations to send across and tell you all about. He kindly gave us pool towels in addition to regular house towels which was very useful during our stay. Would highly recommend staying.

Ilias was a great host! His place was spacious, cute, warm and has everything we needed for our family stay. Location was great, less than 5min walk to downtown Kalavryta yet quite and with beautiful mountain views.

We spent one night and took a good memory. The pool is greatly appreciated in terms of such hot days. Host treatment is excellent. Highly recommended

All the glowing reviews are well deserved! The apartment is exactly as advertised—very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is excellent, with restaurants, clubs, travel agencies, car rentals, and all kinds of shops just steps away. A long sandy beach is also only a few minutes’ walk away. Fani is the perfect host: responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful. She assisted me in planning several trips, and her advice was much better than what the travel agencies offered. Highly recommended!

Extremely beautiful and clean accommodation in a great location. The owner was very helpful and provided us with a charger for our electric car as well. Nearby is the village square with a beautiful and traditional tavern.

This accommodation is recommended if you want to be privately close to the beach and explore the nightlife in the nearest Laganas Road (hotspot especially for young people to party). Ideal for four people, although there is only one bedroom with a door, the other double bed is available on the upper floor (attic with sea view, magnificent!). We were there in the off-season in mid-September, which was great! The large terrace is very pleasant, also the hot tub with various functions (massage jet etc.), a large bench and two sun loungers. The restaurant under the terrace plays music all day, but it was tasteful and not too loud (relaxed music). And important at high temperatures: the air conditioning in the house worked perfectly. Last but not least, Fotis' wife is very friendly, attentive and accommodating, she checked everything. Go for it, Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ!

We stayed there just for one night but as everything was exceptional we wished we could stay a lot longer. Definitely recommend 🇬🇷🫶🏼🔝

Here, we had an excellent stay. Daisy was quite wonderful and often surprised us with something nice. She also assisted us with recommendations and the taxi. I strongly recommend the place.

Fabulous apartment, fantastic location on the beach and a wonderful restaurant!

My husband and I stayed at Diana’s for a week and we would definitely come back. Alex and his father welcomed us warmly. The room we had was spacious, clean and had an amazing view of the sea. The swimming pool area was really nice too, well kept with nice lounge chairs and beautifully decorated with plants. The place is just 10min drive from the lovely Lourdata beach. We had a perfect time!

We absolutely loved our stay! Even though we only stayed for a short while, we were treated with the utmost warmth😊 The sea view and direct beach-access definitely stands out!! Vasili was very accommodating, he brought us a small breakfast on the day of arrival and provided us with shampoo and shower gel. The room was clean and tidy. Air conditioning worked flawlessly. I highly recommend Vasili and his apartment! :)

It's super cheap, the view is first-class, but the road is a bit difficult to walk. Later, I found that the beach hotel road in Zakynthos Island was not easy to walk, it was all Shashi Mountain Road.
