Vacation rentals with breakfast in Elis

We've been very well welcomed by Giorgos' family, the house was very cute and quiet ! A bit hard to reach, and the road to join the beach is slightly long but nice house nevertheless ! We even got to taste the family's olives !

Despoina is a great host, responsive and very friendly. The house is cute, within a complex of traditional-style homes in beautiful surroundings and conveniently located between the town of Kalavryta and the ski resort. The house is well-equipped, though some additional supplies would improve the overall experience. I highly recommend Despoina’s house for a cozy and enjoyable mountain getaway!

Our favorite place during our 18 days trip in Péloponnèse. Andreas and his father were waiting for us in the village at precise time. The house is really big and super clean (we were impressed at first sight), we got home made olive oil fruits and even some coil to do a barbecue. The whole village is quiet and charming, view is amazing, almost 80km away to Patras. Just be careful not to follow the gps there is two road, one super bumpy where we passed at first and one very good. The best is to go to Zacharo and then the road to Minthi is easy. Beaches and supermarket are numerous around Zacharo. I truly and warmly recommend Andrea’s house and hope to be back again. Thank you so much for everything

Ilias was a great host! His place was spacious, cute, warm and has everything we needed for our family stay. Location was great, less than 5min walk to downtown Kalavryta yet quite and with beautiful mountain views.

We spent one night and took a good memory. The pool is greatly appreciated in terms of such hot days. Host treatment is excellent. Highly recommended

Great host. We felt very welcomed and have enjoyed our vacation in Vlassia's house. Vlassia treated us to some authentic, home cooked, greek food! Really pleased with our stay in this lovely place.

PERFECT. So clean. Great breakfast and service. The nicest view and you could also go take a swim in the rocky beach right at the hotel. Would 100% recommend.

Extremely beautiful and clean accommodation in a great location. The owner was very helpful and provided us with a charger for our electric car as well. Nearby is the village square with a beautiful and traditional tavern.

The house is in a very good location, is comfortable, clean and with impeccable style and aesthetics!! It has a small number of necessary equipment in cooking utensils for meal preparation (pot, dishes, etc.), but it has a sufficient range of electrical appliances (microwave, coffee makers, toaster, etc.). In terms of personal hygiene and linens, we were overly happy. Everything smelled delicious and was more than enough for the time we stayed in the home. The balcony exudes a romance, as the view from the house opposite, especially in the evening is something very special. We definitely want to visit this home again this time this summer! The only point that caused us a little dissatisfaction was the lack of shutters. Not in terms of fear, but because of the sun coming into the rooms in the early hours. Of course in the bedroom there was a shutter, which didn't close until the end.

This place is as nice as it is in the photos. Overall, it was clean but the hot tub was slightly dirty, even after the cleaning staff visited… Our host was super nice, he communicated with us throughout the stay and was ALWAYS available, thank you so much to him!

David and Karen have created the perfect Boutique Resort! They and all of their staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There was an easy going vibe about the resort. The breakfast was delicious and generous. They offer a nice lunch/snack menu and if you choose, there is an evening meal option. The meal we had there was the best all week! There are plenty of restaurants and shops within a 5 minute drive if you rent a car- we were so glad we got a car. We explored all over the island! The resort bar was so convenient for an evening cocktail after our exploring. The pool, cold jacuzzi and views are spectacular! Our room was nicely appointed and the bed very comfortable. We played card games for hours on our private patio by the pool. There were more than enough comfortable lounge chairs both in the sun and in the shade. We fell in love with Zante and found we were close enough to drive everywhere we wanted to go. We loved the private location away from crowds. We will be back!

Beautiful resort and great people who work there! We felt right at home and really enjoyed visiting with David and Karen at night when we arrived back from adventuring Zakynthos! They were very helpful with recommendations and very accommodating!

Wow! What a great hosts and nice place. Best host we ever had. The gentleman even picked us up and brought us to the airport. We felt safe, nice breakfast every morning, clean house, nice pool, privacy, and a comfortable area. They managed a rental car for us and called taxi’s. Overall these people are passionate and we would recommend booking here. Thank you!!!

The place was very nice and had a good location, right on the sea. The staff were also all very nice and helpful, would definitely come back.

Donkey Bay is a lovely secluded place within a stones throw of the more bustly Tsilivi. Lovey and quiet with an infinity pool, bar, good food, and steps straight down onto the beach. The staff were lovely, and went above and beyond to make our honeymoon stay special. Would definitely go back again.

It's a hotel room, we felt more relaxed and the breakfast is super complete!!

We absolutely loved our stay! Even though we only stayed for a short while, we were treated with the utmost warmth😊 The sea view and direct beach-access definitely stands out!! Blue horizon restaurant below, serves delicious and fresh food and drinks, and amazing service too. Highly recommend for a stay in Zakynthos ✨ Thank you once again, From Gp and Wenwen🫶
