Vacation rentals with breakfast in Elis

We've been very well welcomed by Giorgos' family, the house was very cute and quiet ! A bit hard to reach, and the road to join the beach is slightly long but nice house nevertheless ! We even got to taste the family's olives !

Η επικοινωνία με την κ Δέσποινα ήταν απο την αρχή άψογη. Ευγενική κ πρόθυμη να μας εξυπηρετήσει. Το σπιτι ήταν σε βολική τοποθεσία με όμορφο περιβάλλοντα χώρο.Το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού όμορφα διακοσμημένο και καθαρό.Τα κλινοσκεπάσματα ήταν άσπρα -βαμβακερά και φυσικά καθαρά,όπως και οι πετσέτες που ήταν σε άριστη κατάσταση.Τα κρεβάτια πολύ άνετα.Μας είχε αφήσει και είδη για πρωινό κάτι που δεν συνηθίζεται.

Our favorite place during our 18 days trip in Péloponnèse. Andreas and his father were waiting for us in the village at precise time. The house is really big and super clean (we were impressed at first sight), we got home made olive oil fruits and even some coil to do a barbecue. The whole village is quiet and charming, view is amazing, almost 80km away to Patras. Just be careful not to follow the gps there is two road, one super bumpy where we passed at first and one very good. The best is to go to Zacharo and then the road to Minthi is easy. Beaches and supermarket are numerous around Zacharo. I truly and warmly recommend Andrea’s house and hope to be back again. Thank you so much for everything

Ilias was a great host! His place was spacious, cute, warm and has everything we needed for our family stay. Location was great, less than 5min walk to downtown Kalavryta yet quite and with beautiful mountain views.

Wij hebben een geweldige tijd bij Vlassia (en haar echtgenoot Andonis) Merkati gehad. Een leuk vakantiehuis waar alles is om er een tijd te verblijven. Vlassia en Adonis is een leuk en zeer gastvrij echtpaar. We kwamen als vreemden en zijn als vrienden vertrokken. De vakantiewoning staat midden in de druivenvelden en olijfgaarden. Er is een groot beschaduwd terras, de auto parkeren onder de moerbeibomen, wat wil je nog meer. Het is er erg rustig. Bij zonsopgang hoor je kippen en eenden en in de verte hondengeblaf, een zeer prettig ontwaken. Wil je wat meer reuring, de stad is met de auto op ong. 15 min. afstand. Er zijn vele kleine typisch Griekse supermarkets waar je van alles kunt krijgen. In en dichtbij de stad zijn nog grote supermarkten in de stijl en met een sortering die wij gewend zijn. Ook stranden zijn dichtbij en gemakkelijk per auto te bereiken. Een centrale ligging om Zakynthos te ontdekken Huize Vlassia, of zoals zij zeggen: Ktyma Merkati..een aanrader.

Κάτσαμε 2 βραδιά και πραγματικά στεναχωριόμασταν που αποχώρουσαμε από το μαγευτικο μέρος Και την χαλάρωση που σου πρόσφερε όσο το μέρος τόσο το μικρό παλάτι με τέτοια θεα τόσο καθηλωτική.... Πέρναγαν η ώρες χωρίς να το καταλάβουμε Σασ ευχαριστούμε για το τόσο ομωρφο 2μερο σηγουρα θα ξανά επισκεφτούμε αυτόν τον παράδεισο ....... (αλά για παραπάνω μέρες)

Beautiful cozy place, renovated and well maintained. Great, friendly hosts. A real pleasure to stay there and enjoy the surrounding nature.

Elliniko is a very nice quiet village and the house was comfy and clean. Mrs Vasiliki was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely visit again if I was in the area!

Panagiotis place was exactly as described! The beach front property was perfect for us with everything exactly as expected - perfect indoor accommodation as we hoped as we booked very late in the season. We had a wonderful stay with one minor obstruction when we had to move property on our last night. Should have been like for like, but sadly wasn't, however it was very high quality indeed. Panagiotus's instant reactions throughout were very reassuring, and the staff, especially Maria, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. In general, if you can get Panagiotis' apartment on the beach, it is incredible and very private. We were very lucky to get a holiday at such short notice due to current financial pressures. I would recommend Panagiotis as a host any day if you're looking for a holiday with a host who is reliable, available whenever you need, and simply honest about what you're going to get when you arrive. Maria was FANTASTIC! Great place if you're going private! xx

Logement propre et proche des restaurants et qqs commerces du village. Balcon avec belle vue sur la vallée.

Πάρα πολύ όμορφο και καθαρό κατάλυμα σε μια υπέροχη τοποθεσία. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός και μας παρείχε και φορτιστή για το ηλεκτρικό μας αυτοκίνητο. Πλησίον βρίσκεται η πλατεία του χωριού με ένα όμορφο και παραδοσιακό ταβερνάκι.

Eine absolute hervorragende Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende unseres 4-tägigen Aufenthaltes. Die ganze Anlage ist modern, ruhig und sehr gepflegt, der Pool und die Aussicht sind echte Highlights. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und frisch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Zimmer groß, gut ausgestattet und mit Blicks auf Meer. Mehrere Restaurants und Bars in fußläufiger Umgebung. Absolut empfehlenswert für jeden der Ruhe und Erholung sucht, etwas abseits der großen Touristen-Hotspots. Wir kommen wieder!

Logement super pour son prix. Hôte très accueillant et souriant. Bon petit cocktail en soirée à la piscine. Paisible.

L’appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica, al limite del centro di Zante. Parcheggio sempre disponibile. Provvisto di ogni comfort e la signora è sempre stata gentile e cordiale, ci ha anche fornito un ombrellone per andare in spiaggia ed il cambio biancheria. Consiglio vivamente!

Βολικος, ζεστός και καθαρός χώρος. Πολύ καλή η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη. Ήσυχη περιοχή πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Βυτίνας. Ότι χρειαζόμασταν.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, είναι άνετο, καθαρό και με άψογο στυλ και αισθητική!! Διαθέτει ένα μικρό αριθμό απαραίτητου εξοπλισμού σε μαγειρικά σκεύη για την παρασκευή γεύματος (κατσαρόλα, πιάτα, κλπ.), ωστόσο όμως διαθέτει αρκετή γκάμα ηλεκτρικών συσκευών (φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, καφετιέρες, τοστιέρα κλπ.). Από άποψη αντικειμένων προσωπικής υγιεινής και κλινοσκεπασμάτων μείναμε υπέρ του δέοντος ευχαριστημένοι. Όλα μοσχομύριζαν και ήταν κάτι παραπάνω από αρκετά για την περίοδο που διαμείναμε στο κατάλυμα. Το μπαλκόνι αποπνέει ένα ρομαντισμό, καθώς η θέα από το απέναντι σπίτι, ειδικά το βράδυ είναι κάτι πολύ ιδιαίτερο. Σίγουρα θέλουμε να επισκεφτούμε το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα ξανά και αυτή την φορά καλοκαίρι! Το μόνο σημείο που μας προξένησε μια μικρή δυσαρέσκεια ήταν η έλλειψη παντζουριών. Όχι από την άποψη του φόβου, αλλά λόγω του ήλιου που έμπαινε τις πρώτες πρωινές ώρες στα δωμάτια. Βέβαια στο υπνοδωμάτιο υπήρχε παντζούρι, το οποίο δεν έκλεινε μέχρι τέλους.

Yannis a été très gentil, disponible et serviable. Pour 1 nuit ça le fait. Très bon rapport/qualité/prix. Petite surprise avec les marches mais à moins d'avoir des difficultés pour monter des escaliers, ça le fait.

Wir waren in der Vorsaison, daher war es sehr ruhig. Sehr freundliche Leute auch in der Snackbar im Erdgeschoß

We absolutely loved our stay! Even though we only stayed for a short while, we were treated with the utmost warmth😊 The sea view and direct beach-access definitely stands out!! Vasili war sehr zuvorkommend, er hat uns am Anreisetag noch ein kleines Frühstück vorbeigebracht und uns Shampoo und Duschgel zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Ich kann Vasili und sein Apartment nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen! :)
