We had a really enjoyable stay at this villa. The host was exceptionally kind and thoughtful, welcoming us with water and other small touches that immediately made us feel at home. During our stay, he was always available, intervening promptly when it was necessary to call an electrician for a small external problem and even bringing us a coffee maker to make our mornings even more pleasant. The house is very welcoming and comfortable, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the time in tranquility. If I have to find a small flaw, some details may benefit from some extra maintenance, but overall everything was at the top. Also, the host allowed us to check out in the afternoon, which was a big plus and allowed us to fully enjoy the last hours of vacation. In short, it was a really positive experience and I highly recommend this villa

We spend an excellent week at Villa Kitrini. Heidi and Patrick the owners are very nice hosts and the communication was very smooth. The villa offers all the equipement necessary and has a splendid view on the olive trees and the sea. The pool was also very much appreciated. For us, Villa Kitrini was a very good base to discover all the beautiful places and activities the region has to offer.

What a wonderful experience this was for our family of five. The communication prior and during our stay was amazing - Denia provided a personalized 1st class experience from check-in to walk through to recommendations for local restaurants, to having the home ready and easy to transition into upon our arrival. The house is spacious, clean, modern and comes with all the amenities - our kids loved the pool and the ping-pong table was a big hit. Views are incredible - waking up to seeing the sea every morning was a such a gift. Quiet area and only a short ride to town and other other activities. Highly, highly recommend.

The family of 4 stayed 3 weeks at Yiannis house. The house is located on the hill above Zakynthos. It is less then 10 m drive to the centre, Port supermarkets and even some beaches. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Yiannis is an excellent host and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an accommodation in Zante. He has given us lots of advices, recommendations. He replied any of my messages immediately. The house is big and can easily host up to 6 people. Parking is safe in the backyard. The area is nice, the view from the balconies is stunning! Sunrises are must to see) We were provided with basic welcome package though the house has absolutely everything for the comfortable stay. Thank you Yiannis. We will be happy to consider to book your house again. The house, as actually an entire island, requires to have a car. We dined in nearby Taverna Acrotiri on Yiannis recommendation and we liked it. The food and service was really good.

We were a group of 3 families with small children, stayed at the Villa for 5 days. For us it was absolutely perfect! The Villa is spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed (kitchen, washer, etc.). Spyros was very communicative and helped us with every question and request, and the property owner was always available when we needed something fixed. There is also a cleaning service every 2 days, which was right on spot. The sea view from the Villa is beautiful, and the location was perfect for us, quiet and only 5 min drive from Zakynthos Town city center. Definitely recommend this place. If I could, I would give Soula and the location of their house 6 stars. Soula greeted us kindly, with gifts and homemade food in the fridge. The location of the house was exactly like that, we wished it: very private,right on a beautiful beach with open terrace. We were surprised by the number of rooms - the photos in the ad suggest that there are several bedrooms: The children's room is a bunk bed above the parent bed (in this room is the only air conditioning), another is in the kitchen and the fourth on the terrace.. no problem for us,but just not as expected. The kitchen is well equipped and you will find everything you need if you want to take care of yourself. As for cleanliness, don't look so closely. In any case we would come back!!

We had a wonderful time at Nadia's Studio. We were a family of 3 adults and a kid and Nadia made sure to support us in every possible way to ensure that we spend a beautiful holiday. We never experienced a host that was so helpful and that offered us such a warm hospitality. The house where the studios are is very nice, with private terraces for each studio and a beautiful shared garden with hammocks at the shade of olive trees. The studio itself had everything we needed and was perfectly clean. Additionally, the location is very good and only around 5 min by car to the nicest beach in the island, easily accessible. Nadia had also great recommendations to places to visit and allowed us to spend a beautiful holiday. Definitely the best host we've met so far. A full 100% recommendation.

Lovely house with a huge garden right next to the beach and within walking distance to a couple of tavernas. It was just 3 of us, but I think the house could easily accommodate 5-6 people.

The house is cozy and clean, the hostesses (Areti) is very friendly and helpful. I personally recommend the stay!

Top service! The host is friendly and easy to reach for questions, activities and tips! With 11 friends we had a fun vacation!

Nikki was an excellent host! She was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had while we were there and made sure we had a comfortable stay! The outside area was excellent and very spacious with our favourite feature being the outdoor shower! The inside was great for sleeping, was well air-conditioned which was a must on the hot days and was very clean! Overall, my group really enjoyed our stay 😊

Lovely villa. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings but only a 10 minute drive (€10 taxi) from Zakynthos town. It’s tricky to find but Aliki who lives next door and I guess manages the property was very helpful and spoke to our taxi driver to give directions. Aliki is lovely and nothing is too much trouble.

Nikolaos hospitality and warmth was more than anticipated. The place was well located, clean and lush. Nikolaos was on hand to give any advice about places to go and things to do. Even local transport links. On top of this flawless place to stay he makes the best nougat I’ve ever tasted. Thank u for meeting and superceding all my expectations.

Dionysis truly embodies what it means to be a Superhost. From the moment I booked, his communication was prompt, friendly & incredibly helpful, ensuring a seamless experience. Upon arrival, he went above and beyond by allowing us to use the pool while we waited for check-in. He even expedited the cleaning process so we could check in early, which was much appreciated.The apartment itself was immaculate, fully stocked with essentials, including laundry detergent, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home. When we encountered a minor issue with a leaking toilet on our second day, Dionysis had it fixed by the very next morning. He was also quick to provide fresh towels upon request.The pool area is a true highlight, clean, well-maintained & equipped with comfortable sunbeds & umbrellas, making it a perfect spot to relax. Our stay was incredibly comfortable, and if I ever return to Zante, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.Thank you, Dionysis, for making our trip so memorable

There aren’t enough stars for this place. It was very comfortable. Philip was awesome to deal with, and was responsive to the requests we had. The place is like new. It is very safe, and the pool was like a spa. Philip provided a few groceries and drinks to make us feel very welcome! If we are ever back in Zakynthos, we will go back for sure!

Nice place, easily walk to the beach. Will be back again!

We had a fantastic holiday at Villa Arokaria. The stay is lovely and in a nice location. Dionysis received us well and was very helpful. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at the Elegant Maisonette! The garden and pool area were very well maintained and clean. Dionysis was very friendly and he gave us good tips for the area. He was always available for questions and also made a reservation in a recommended restaurant for us on our last evening. The weather was not so good during our stay, but we still used the pool well and had it for ourselves. The way to the beach of Kalamaki is also easy to do in about 20 minutes on feet. For our next stay, however, we would rent a car to be able to reach other beaches and areas more easily. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday here and would love to come back when we are on Zakynthos.
