We enjoyed our stay, it was an ideal location - walkable to town which was very convenient. The host was very responsive and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. One thing to note was the limited supply of towels and paper towel, just to be prepared in advance for that (and the mosquitoes)!

The surrounding of the villa is peaceful and quiet, perfect for group relaxation, but it does not affect our travel arrangements at all. We all agree that Dimitris is the best host we have ever met!! Sincerely and enthusiastically considered every detail for us.Not only was the house well prepared and there were no problems, but they were also patient in helping us with all aspects of transportation, travel, and dining. The villa is very carefully arranged from the inside to the outside, fully equipped, and the necessities of life are very thoughtfully prepared.It's a very comfortable stay that makes you feel the warmth of home. Thank you so much Dimitris for making our trip so memorable! Recommended!!

Our family spent a week in the Absolute Villa and could not imagine a better holiday. From the very first moment, Athina made sure that we felt welcomed and taken care of. Not only the villa itself was beautifully arranged, with an incredible sea view , an infinity pool and modern furniture but it was incredibly clean and felt like home away from home. It is very obvious that Athina has put her whole heart into creating this beautiful home. Except of the house itself, we need to say a big thank you to Athina, who is an incredibly warm, helpful and responsive host! She welcomed us at the villa with a little present and spent time to show us the map of Zakynthos and must-visit places. A big nice surprise was that the villa is located next to an amazing restaurant owned by her husband where we also were made to feel very welcome. This were great holidays and it’s all thanks to Athina and her incredible attention to detail, loveliness and hospitality. We could not recommend it more!

1. The host is very welcoming and friendly, and provided us with a lot of help. Tasos also speaks Chinese and is a very friendly person. 2. The villa's facilities are amazing!The heated swimming pool and the items in the room made us feel very happy, we had a happy three days here. 3. It's convenient to get around from the villa, and Tasos helped us book the ferry and bus to leave when we left. We will definitely come back to Zakynthos and this villa! Love it here!

Dimopoulos was a great host, helped us with all sorts of tips for restaurants and locations to visit. Very attentive. The house was very modern and high tech, very comfortable. The furniture was a bit worn down, but covered with nice covers it was ok. Outdoor erea was great. Lot's of reasons to come back.

Super nice place to stay, everything as shown in the pictures. Modern, very clean and superbly equipped. We had no contact with Giorgos, but with his co-host Nikos. Super friendly contact. Nikos contacted us before the start of the holiday and provided us with a lot of information about the house, as well as many useful/ worth seeing tips from the island. During our stay, he always asked if everything was okay. We highly recommend this house. For the stay, it is best to have a car, because the house is very rural. It was very quiet.

We had a great holiday with our family, including our 2 year old grandson. The setting is lovely - surrounded by olive groves and very secluded. There is other accommodation nearby, but we weren't really aware of it. It's a short walk into the village, with a few shops and restaurants, and a very short walk to the beach, which, when we were there in late May, was very quiet. The beach was sheltered and ideal for children. There were beach bars and sunbeds nearby. The garden and the pool were lovely - the pool was beautifully cleaned every day. The house was cleaned twice during our stay to a high standard. The house itself was very comfortable, well equipped and had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the gas barbecue. Helen and Spyros were very quick to respond to any queries that we had and to help us deal with a couple of minor problems. They were very helpful and provided a travel cot, high chair, baby bath and baby monitor. They provided a bespoke welcome pack.

This was by far our best family holiday. The place is cosy, beautifully furnished, spacious and far exceeded our expectations from the original description and photos. The 360 degree panorama is dripping with beauty, olive groves, flowers and peace. We all found our own special places like the swing chair, pool, the balconies, fire pit beside the curtain of rain water feature the lovely corner set of comfortable chairs that caught the glorious Greek morning sun. Tasos was kind and informative, available and helpful. We were given some very generous extras in the fridge and kitchen. The villa we came to realise is beautifully situated close to lovely Tavernas - I highly recommend Ampelostrates restaurant and Lagardi Taverna just six minutes away. Agios Sostis was lovely but avoid Laganas!! Touristy and expensive with little atmosphere. We are now dreaming and planning how and when we can return to this charming villa and all felt so sad on departure. Thank you Tasos and Sinead so much

By far one of the best stays we have ever had!! The villa was beautiful and had all we needed and more for a group of 8. Harry made our holiday. Nothing was too much trouble, he was always on hand with advice, support and goodies. We would recommend anyone to stay at Muthee and experience Harry and Annas unbelievable hospitality. AMAZING VILLA! Would 10/10 stay again and recommend! Hosts were very friendly and always helpful, as a large group of 8 we had no issues. The villa is a little far from the main strips but the villa itself is absolutely great and lives up to the pictures shown! Definitely will book again!

Absolutely gorgeous property and perfectly suited to a larger group, we were ten guests and it comfortably slept everyone. It had so many wonderful areas to dine too, from a rooftop terrace, to a romantic barbeque area and poolside table, plus two fantastic long tables inside the property. The pool was wonderful, though bracingly cold - I'm not sure how warm it gets in the heat of the summer as it is quite shaded in the beautiful olive grove. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone to use. My only criticism is a couple of the bedrooms were a little less than ideal due to very steep access or not particularly private spots - one was a curtained off area in the living room. Our host, Anna, was absolutely incredible though, nothing was too much trouble, and she even provided a karaoke machine as evening entertainment for a special birthday celebration! A gorgeous property in a wonderful location, I hope we'll visit again one day.

Villa Calma was an amazing place for our 3 families to stay. It has amazing outdoor space, a beautiful pool; and swimming in the ocean just down the rocks. Sea there was amazing for snorkelling. Short walk to a small beach and 2 great restaurants. We loved the quiet location. Angela is an amazing host. 6 bedrooms were perfect for us. Kitchen is stocked ok, but would be useful to have some more utensils. Absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay - a group of 4 plus a toddler. The space is great, very functional especially with a little one, and beautiful spots to sit and eat either looking over the stunning ocean, or under the olive trees in the yard. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly, good communication, and were flexible with check in/out time. There was housekeeping included every couple of days which was an unexpected treat. We swam at the beach down the hill every day - it was beautiful and quiet. Highly recommend.

Wow! This villa is beautiful and perfect for our family of 8. Ben and Claire couldn't help us enough and responded to us quickly if needed. We were lucky enough to stay for 10 days, half of which were spent chilling at the villa, playing in the pool and using the amazing facilities . Although a rental car is helpful getting around the island, there is a lot of lovely restaurants, bars and beaches a short drive away. We explored around the island, including Fiskardo and Antisamos, which are breathtaking. Thank you for having us, we'd be back in1 a heart beat!

10/10. Had a lovely stay here! Lovely bakery down the road which is a 10 min walk. Location is quiet and peaceful and was perfect for our little one to sleep. Host was lovely and responds quickly. We needed a travel cot and high chair and this was provided for us. Gave us recommendations for the area and car higher. Would defo recommend staying here! The villa was perfect, clean and plenty of space for 4 adults and a little one. I would live here if I could. The villa is lovely and would highly recommend.

Had an absolutely amazing stay at Harry’s. The home was beautiful with plenty of space. Although we could’ve just stayed at the pool and enjoyed the views, the location was perfectly in the middle of all our planned activities. Harry was great with recommendations and so helpful! Hopefully we will be back<3

I’ve been renting on Airbnb for about a decade now, and this is one of the greatest places I’ve ever stayed yet. It’s such a good value for the privacy, beautiful furnishings, and amazing backyard with that view. Spyridoula is impeccable at her job without ever seeming overbearing. She had the most thoughtful gifts for us and was able to answer any questions or tackle our requests easily. We loved the massages she arranged for us so much that we asked her to schedule another round, which she was able to accommodate no problem. While it was just two of us, this place can easily fit 8 comfortably. Waking up each morning in the room with the panoramic windows was magical. The housekeeping and grounds staff were discreet and did their work flawlessly. Every taverna we tried nearby was delicious (highly recommend Dopia’s for homestyle food and Da Camillo for pizza). This villa with such a high level of service and comfort was the highlight of our honeymoon- thank you again!

JUST WOW. It’s hard to describe how amazing this Airbnb experience has been, but I’ll try. Apartment - The apartment is beautiful and furnished to the highest spec. The aircon is a dream, large fridge, large bed, indoor and outdoor showers with all the amenities needed when you check in including bottled water, shampoo, washing liquid, olive oil, salt and pepper etc. Area - 15 min walk into old town (10 mins from ICON gym) and you’re away from all the noise, it’s extremely peaceful. Service - It’s what sets this place apart from other Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Our lovely cleaner Maria cleaned the apartment from head to toe every couple of days, replenishing toilet rolls, bin bags, fresh towels and new bedding and even provided us with more charcoal and fire lighters as we used the BBQ multiple times. Such a professional feel and we felt very well looked after all holiday. 5* Airbnb experience with service to match. Thank you for making this an experience we won’t forget!

Fantastic villa with everything we needed for a family of 5. The interior and furnishings are very stylish and we loved our time here, the kids especially loved the pool and hot tub! There is lots of restaurants and places to go within a short distance of the property and the beaches are beautiful. Thank you to the host for being so accommodating and helpful. We would recommend to all who wish to stay on this lovely island.

The villa has everything you need and more, the views, pool and privacy are great. The host is friendly and very responsive and made is feel at home. We would recommend this villa to couples and families who are looking for a quite stay near villages, restaurants etc.

We had a great stay at this lovely villa! The house is exactly as you would expect from the pictures, is a short walk to the main town (or drive if you prefer) and a sparkling pool really makes all the difference.
