Vacation rentals with beach access in Elis

Excellent stay for the few days we had left at the end of a 3 week holiday. Very convenient for plenty of shops, bars and eating places. Very convenient for the airport of course as you can tell by the location. Obviously there is noise from the airport but it is excellent if you like to get close to planes landing and taking off - like I do. Note, there is no noise overnight as the planes stop. The family running the accommodation were great. We were given a traditional Greek dish from Spiros mum which was delicious. Not only were the family friendly, so was their playful (big) labrador. Don't worry if you don't like dogs - he only visits guests who like him! We even got a free lift to the airport when it was time to go. Well recommended!

We had a wonderful time at Nadia's Studio. We were a family of 3 adults and a kid and Nadia made sure to support us in every possible way to ensure that we spend a beautiful holiday. We never experienced a host that was so helpful and that offered us such a warm hospitality. The house where the studios are is very nice, with private terraces for each studio and a beautiful shared garden with hammocks at the shade of olive trees. The studio itself had everything we needed and was perfectly clean. Additionally, the location is very good and only around 5 min by car to the nicest beach in the island, easily accessible. Nadia had also great recommendations to places to visit and allowed us to spend a beautiful holiday. Definitely the best host we've met so far. A full 100% recommendation.

A wonderfull place with everything you need for a perfect holiday. A perfect host, the welcome is so nice you feel right at home. The rooms are big with lots of closet space. On thing do not eat at the snack academy

Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Ansonsten alles tiptop.

Het was prachtig en hartverwarmend. De tuin, de ontvangst, de studio, de ligging vlakbij het strand. Zo mooi alles. Een dikke 10.

Erg fijn verblijf gehad. Mooie locatie, erg schoon, goed ontbijt. Eigen parkeerplekken. Heel goed allemaal.

Nous avons passé une nuit à Leeda's Village et c'était bien trop court :) L'endroit est magique calme avec une vue incroyable depuis la piscine et la terrasse du restaurant, le personnel est charmant, vraiment je recommande sans hésiter. Attention l'adresse indiquée sur le site une fois la réservation realisée n'est pas tout à fait la bonne, veillez à utiliser l'adresse qui vous est communiquée par message par l'hôte pour vous rendre à Leeda's Village vous gagnerez votre temps. J'espère revenir prochainement ! :)

Très bel appartement, bien situé et tout près de la plage. Angeliki et Vasilis sont sympathiques et communiquent bien.

Wij hadden een heel fijne tijd in Kalo Nero! We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen door Soula en haar man. Ze zijn zeer behulpzame en erg gastvrije personen. ☺️ Bij aankomst lag er vers fruit en zelf gemaakte koekjes, en ook tijdens ons verblijf werden we verwend met allerlei lekkernijen. Onze kindjes (10 maanden en 3 jaar) vonden ook de tuin geweldig om in te spelen.

A beautiful place to stay, very peaceful. Loved our morning and evening terraces. Amazing bird life, butterflies and plants. Everything there for cooking. Tavernas and little shops nearby. Het appartement was mooier dan de foto's doen vermoeden. Er is een zeer ruime en goed uitgeruste keuken. Het huis is met liefde en aandacht ingericht. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Vanuit de tuin kun je zo de zee instappen via een rotsig plateau, dus waterschoenen zijn noodzakelijk. Stella en Panagiotis zijn zeer vriendelijke en hardwerkende mensen. Zij hebben de bakkerij op een kilometer afstand waar je 's morgens heerlijk brood en banket kunt kopen. Vaak kregen we een kleine traktatie bij het brood. We raden dit appartement van harte aan!

Wonderful space for a family. My brother and I made the most of the space and genuinely enjoyed our time in Zante. We would definitely stay again

Wow! This place is amazing! My family and I (party of 7 adults) were in Greece celebrating our oldest son's graduation from medical school and this incredible home allowed us the space and comfort to connect and relax after a busy time in Athens. It could not have been more perfect! This home met and exceeded our expectations from the time of arrival to our departure. The owner/host's hospitality and thoughtfulness was incredible. The home furnishings and beds were so comfortable and we had an immediate sense of peace and relaxation as soon as we opened the door. Much to my delight and surprise our host met us and gave us a tour and provided a time to answer any of our questions and I could not believe my eyes there were groceries in the fridge! All we could need for the next day for breakfast and a little lunch to make our time even more relaxing. There was a wonderful restaurant only a five minute walk down the road with fresh grilled fish that I will dream about for years! Book it!

I love my stay at this location. The owner was very friendly and always ready to help. The house was everything we could've asked for during our stay.

What a special place to stay, the views are even better than the photos show. The house is spotlessly clean throughout with high quality finishes and everything you need. We loved swimming right in front of the house in our private rocky beach but also lots of options for nice restaurants close by and fun activities like renting a boat for the day or a quad bike to explore the rugged coastline. All this and being totally private and away from the crowds so you can relax and just soak up the view. Will definitely come back

The Villa exceeded our expectations. We didn’t have any issues but Anastasios was always available and very responsive to messages. The daily maid service was excellent and really enhanced our stay. The villa is very well equipped and the outside space is amazing. The location of the villa is within easy walking distance to town but far enough away not to get any noise, a very peaceful location. This was important to us as we were traveling with a baby. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back next year.

Had a fantastic stay at Sofita Sea View Apartment, on the main Street of Argassi which was fab as we could walk to all the restaurants and shops etc. But was still at a more peaceful and quiet end of the street. Windows do a good job at keeping noise out. Place was clean and beautiful with everything you need. Host was great at communicating and very friendly, she also messaged to check in half way through to ask how our stay was going. I would definitely come back!

Great location conveniently located within walking distance of downtown. Property and amenities were as advertised, and apartment had a high-end feel. Very roomy bathroom and shower as well. Host was extremely responsive when a minor issue came up, which was solved immediately. Two things to be aware of: the spiral staircase leading to the upstairs bedroom and balcony was tight and may not be ideal for someone with limited mobility; and the mattresses were extremely firm. Overall, a great experience. Thanks very much!

Wspaniałe miejsce na wypoczynek, zdecydowanie polecam dla osób ceniących spokój i ciszę. Gospodarze pomocni ale bardzo dyskretni, nie zakłócają swoją obecnością pobytu. Apartament czysty, przestronny i wyposażony w niezbędne rzeczy. Mogliśmy dzięki temu zrobić sobie małe śniadanie i zaraz po nim ruszyć na zwiedzanie wyspy. Śniadania niemal zawsze spożywaliśmy na stoliczkach, umiejscowionych przed rezydencją w cieniu palm. Dzięki temu mieliśmy piękny widok na Morze Jońskie. Jeśli potrzebny jest internet, to w apartamencie jest świetny sygnał wifi. Jeśli przyjedziecie autem, jest możliwość zaparkowania w miejscu zacienionym drzewami oliwnymi. Dzięki temu samochód nie był rozgrzany. Polecam z czystym sercem!

Katerina und ihr Bruder Antonis waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Katerina hat uns sogar angeboten früher in die Unterkunft zu dürfen ohne dass wir fragen mussten. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war auch top. Den Strand vor der Tür fanden wir persönlich nicht ganz so schön aber sehr schöne Strände in der Nähe waren super zu erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder! :)

Dionisis was a great host for me. welcomed me on arrival, this is always a nice thing. the view you wake up to money just can't buy. it's a perfect location if you want to relax and only a 5 min walk to all the shops, hire companies and amazing restaurants.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Unterkunft! Die Wohnung liegt in extrem ruhiger Lage, direkt am Meer – der Ausblick auf das himmelblaue Wasser und das Meeresrauschen waren einfach traumhaft. Der Zugang zum Meer ist über eine private Treppe möglich. Die Mama von Angelo hat uns hervorragend empfangen und sich mit großer Gastfreundschaft um alles gekümmert. Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und hatte alles, was man braucht– genau wie in der Beschreibung. Auch die Parkmöglichkeit direkt an der Unterkunft und der schöne Garten haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Fazit: Absolute 5-Sterne-Unterkunft – perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub am Meer! Vielen Dank nochmal an Angelo und Angelo‘s Mama für alles. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastische plek. Super mooi terras. Fijne plek, niet midden tussen de toeristen. 10 min lopen vanaf Zakynthos stad. Host was super vriendelijk.
