Everything in the home was clean and as advertised. Thomas was very friendly and easy to reach. Definitely recommend!

First time using Airbnb and Rick made everything super easy for me. He made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The home was very beautiful and super clean. Patio was relaxing and had the perfect ambiance at dark. Property is fenced in which was a huge plus for me and the lake is very close by. The whole experience was just wonderful. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

The property is very unique! The turtle tank aka hot spring was fun and we soaked multiple times. I wish there was more outdoor shade as the weekend we visited was unseasonably hot and relaxing outside would have been amazing on the two huge patios the property has.

A very clean house with many amenities, somewhat like living in a museum of the 1950s The only thing I would mention is that the host does not want you to open the windows. So if that’s important to you, you should know that. Really appreciated the no pesticides and the fragrance free building, We definitely stay there again. The owners were very responsive and helpful.

Better than expected my family and I felt right at home, blankets, pillows, towels were provided. Kitchen had pots and pans to cook and items to use. Great spot, looking forward to booking again

Amazing! We rented two trailers again for our family this year and they were set up perfectly next to the water for us to enjoy our vacation. You won't find a better host anywhere. Dennis is awesome and always available if we have any questions or need anything. We are already planning our next lake trip for 2025 and looking forward to making more wonderful memories. As far as the experience, we had a great time. Mostly everything was just as described. It was great having the rv hooked up to the 3 basic utilities. A/C was impeccable in this summer heat. Just some critiques would be to not have a lot of personal items in the RV displayed, the restroom/shower/sink area didn’t look to be bleached and scrubbed before our arrival, and extra fees to be placed on the AirBnb ad and not told after booking. Other than that, we appreciate the host being attentive and friendly and helping our stay be enjoyable.

The place is huge and comfy. If you forget something there is a nearby store. David has a great communication and good local recommendations.

Dennis was a great host. He responded right away to any questions we had. He put the camper in a beautiful spot for us. We would really recommend this place and we would use him again for any future trips we may have to Elephant Butte.

Amazing stay with David’s Bounder right on Elephant Butte Lake!!! He found a private area of a busy cove and got us all set up for success. Great instructions and very helpful! Best of all we didn’t have to rent or drive an RV! Thanks for wonderful time!

Great location and incredibly clean. House is well put together and stocked with essentials. It was easy to check in and the instructions were good but if we hadn’t been in a 4 wheel drive, we would have been in trouble, follow their instructions about getting there. We had to leave early because our dog got hurt and couldn’t manage the floors which were a bit slippery and we very much appreciated Michele working with us on the cancellation. We would absolutely stay again.

Wow! Great set up and location once again for our second year with Dennis. We had children and grandkids and everything was perfect with plenty of space for everyone. We will definitely be calling again for our next trip which we are already planning for 2025. Thank you Dennis for your efforts to help us make wonderful memories.

A one of a kind place in the heart of T or C. Very quiet. The attention to detail was almost overwhelming in a good way. Original (good) art on the walls. Each space was very well thought out and functional. This is the only place to stay in T or C through my experiences in the town. A jewel within a jewel. The living space within this special town. Linda’s place was in a great location and convenient to restaurants and the hot springs. The house was very comfortable and well appointed. We and our dogs loved our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Dominic was friendly and personable. He ensured the place filled our needs. Loved the view of the mountains and fenced in yard. Will definitely return!

We had huge Thanksgiving planned, with guests from all over, converging in T or C. Our initial host completely flaked on us, and these guys swooped in on Thanksgiving day and hosted us in their comfy home. The pictures don’t do it justice! Gorgeous views from the back yard, peppered with lots of birds and coyotes, made for such a sweet respite. The home was spotless and so well (and thoughtfully) appointed. Loved the late check out time too! We will definitely return. ❤️

This was a great stay. There was plenty of parking for the boat and it’s conveniently located close to lake access. The house was very comfortable. We were able to enjoy the patio and each other‘s company without feeling like we were on top of each other. My party discussed staying at this location for future lake trips. Everybody was so comfortable and it felt like home.

April's place was perfect as we were only 5 min from the friend we were visiting. Clean, nice 2 bedrooms, just like the pictures. Has everything you need. Outside fireplace, hammock. Fantastic sunsets. There was an interruption of Internet, not her fault, was just in the area but she felt bad and gave us a credit. We would definitely stay again.
