Perfectly equipped up to 6 people maximum. It is a good apartment in a great location, with direct access to the bus stop, the tram and the shopping center with all the services. Well located next to the University and just a short walk away from the city of Murcia. It's also very easily accessible by car because of the ring road next to it. This accommodation is a haven of tranquility: relax with the whole family! The house is located next to the orchard where you can walk and ride a bike enjoying the surroundings. 2 minutes away is downtown Las Torres de Cotillas, where you have all the services. 500 meters away there is a large supermarket, a restaurant, a cafeteria and even a gas station, so you don't miss anything. The apartment is a few minutes from Murcia and about 40 minutes from the beaches.

A spacious, ground-floor house with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.
