Apartment vacation rentals in El Grau de Moncofa

We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment! The location is simply excellent – right in the heart of the city center, yet in a quiet area. Everything is within walking distance: great restaurants, attractions, and bike rental are just a few minutes away. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, and has a modern design. Special highlights were the Nespresso coffee machine, automatic shutters, and excellent air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable. Marta was extremely helpful and kind, always quick to respond to any questions. We were completely satisfied in every way, and I highly recommend this accommodation!

L'appartement d'Antonio est superbe pour un séjour à Valencia. Antonio était très sympa et accueillant, et l'appartement est juste en face de la plage.

Un excellent petit appartement mais très bien équipé. les contacts, du début à la fin ont été parfait et l'accueil très amical. Une confiance réciproque digne de mention. L'emplacement est très calme, l'immeuble aussi. La possibilité de stationner dans le garage est un énorme plus. Station de tram à 5 minutes à pied. J'ai passé une dizaine de jours et de nuits reposants. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour personne seule ou couple. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir comme chez soi.

La estancia aquí fue muy buena, la limpieza del alojamiento es espectacular. El recibimiento al apartamento fue muy agradable, el señor que nos entregó las llaves (Vicente) es muy amable y estaba disponible a todo lo que necesitáramos. Los supermercados están muy cerca. Sin duda fue una de nuestras mejores estancias en Moncofar.

Muy buena atención de Amparo, con disponibilidad en todo momento y muy atenta... El lugar es muy tranquilo y a tan solo unos metros de la playa de Nules

Repetiría sin lugar a duda , el lugar una pasada y el que de tenga calefacción central sea para frío o calor una maravilla . La terraza muy cómoda para tomarte unos minutos tranquilo y relajado. Para una familia con hijos perfecta ya que tenía 2 baños uno privado y otro para las otras dos habitaciones.

La casa está muy bien. Todo muy nuevo y en muy buen estado y con un balcón muy agradable para la época de verano. Está muy bien ubicada, muy cerca de la playa y con muchos servicios y restaurantes. Juan Carlos muy atento desde la llegada para que no faltara nada. Sin duda muy recomendable y repetiré cuando vuelva por la zona.

Todo en perfectas condiciones, limpio y ordenado, buena ubicación y zona muy tranquila , se corresponde con las características de la web, repetiré cada vez que vaya a la playa!!

Piso muy grande en una cuarta planta con ascensor lo que hace que tenga unas vistas increíbles. Todo es amplio, la cocina muy bien equipada, todo tipo de menaje a disposición. Aire acondicionado en el distribuidor aunque nosotros no lo hemos necesitado. Todo tipo de restaurantes y tiendas cerca. Hemos estado unos días en la Semana Santa y todo perfecto

The Apartment is spacious, pristine, comfortable and well appointed. Javier put thought into the details that makes a guest comfortable!! The complex was quiet and neighbors friendly and helpful. The nearby beach clean and offers cabanas with cushioned lounge chairs at 40 Euros for three people and that included a mixed drink or beer from the beach restaraunt/bar. Javier was very quick to respond to any need or question, very easy to work with. Note if the parking garage space is tight (we had a 7 passenger vehicle). There is also plenty of outside parking on premises that is well lit. Would definately rent from Javier again!

Todo excelente , pasamos super bonito y la casa se encontraba en muy buenas condiciones como tal cual lo describía y la zona era super tranquila .

Artem was a great host, extremely quick to reply and super friendly. The place is comfortable and we had a great stay. The location makes it easy to walk to all kinds of nice spots, such as restaurants and places to go. The old centre is a 30 minute walk, which is also nice! Absolutely recommend this place if you want to stay in Valencia. Thank you for having us! ❤️

Bezauberndes kleines Apartment im siebten Stock mit großem über-die-Stadt-Blick-Balkon. Sehr gut ausgestattet - alles da! Liebevoll eigerichtet und der wenige Platz ist gut genutzt. Zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten in die Altstadt. Vermieter haben sehr schnell auf Anfragen reagiert und waren freundlich. Haben uns auch gute Tipps gegeben. Wir waren im Juni 2025 da und es war heiß in Valencia/Spanien. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer - ansonsten noch einenVentilator. Und die große Doppeltür zum Balkon (haben wir am Abend und in der Nacht offen gelassen). Das hat es erträglich gemacht. Für ein oder zwei Personen, die in die Stadt wollen, ideal. Wir haben auch das Parkhaus mit Ausgang genau Gegenüber der Eingangstür genutzt. Das war natürlich super Praktisch. Auch ein Tipp der VermieterInnen.

Todo súper bien , muy atento y el Piso de todo mi gusto para descansar , las playas tranquilas y sin tanta gente , de verdad repetible

l appartement a une très bellel vue, il est spacieux et bien équipé pour 6. le linge de maison est de très bonne qualité , les prestations aussi. l hôte est très attentionné, il y avait bcp de produits offerts pour notre accueil. Julian est resté en contact avec nous durant notre séjour , il nous a toujours conseillé, bien que nous ne l' ayons pas rencontré son voisin Noé étant venu très gentillement nous accueillir pour lui. Merci.

Oscar is a fantastic host — helpful, kind, and incredibly responsive. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better: just one block from the Ruzafa Market, with amazing access to fresh produce, great restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and more — all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to relax and enjoy Valencia!

Everything was nice, we just didnt like the strong parfume smell from those sticks, which we placed outside during our stay. It was clean, they welcomed us with wine and beer in the fridge which is a nice touch, thanks. Good thing is that they provided a beach chair and an sunshade which we used at a beach. Host is nice and responsive, location is great, and we would book again!

Our stay was wonderful- meeting Maria was like meeting family! She took the time to tell us about the best of Valencia - it was an exceptional experience. Thank you and we hope to return

We had a pleasant stay at Adrian's apartment. Everything looked like in the pictures - the flat is pretty spacious with comfortable and stylish furniture. The neighborhood is really calm, which is a big plus, and is very near to the city centre and all the places you would like to visit are just several minutes walk. We had a great communication with Adrian and he was very helpful with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book this place again if I would go to Valencia in the future. All in all we had a very nice experience!

Mijn vriendinnen en ik hebben hier super fijn mogen verblijven. Het was groot, het is ruim, modern en heel schoon. Met de uber was alles makkelijk te bereiken. Het is een super mooie Airbnb :)
