I've stayed at Ryan’s place every time I’m in town for business—it’s my go-to spot. This little apartment has everything you need: a peaceful vibe, reliable internet for working remotely, and it’s just a short walk to the center of town. The street is beautiful and tree-lined, which adds to the charm and it has an off street parking spot. But what really makes it special are the hosts—Ryan and Carolyn are warm, welcoming, and always make me feel at home. Always a pleasure to stay here. Highly recommended.

This apartment was perfectly located one block from where my dad resides in assisted living. The bed was super comfy as was the sofa! I will definitely be returning!

Great Location. Walking distance to Old Town Sacramento, parks and restaurants. Great backyard. It was the perfect place to celebrate our daughter's 30th birthday. This will be my go to place when we visit her.

Absolutely loved staying here! Hosts were very responsive and incredibly kind. The location was great, my friend and I walked to several restaurants. We truly enjoyed relaxing outside and their leather couch is incredibly comfortable. If you want to play the pinball machine make sure you bring plenty of quarters! Lovely bathroom but if you are a self conscious person might be beneficial to bring some poo-pourri. Dish rack and rags are under the sink for easy storage. If you are Door Dashing food be very clear with your delivery instructions haha Thanks again for letting us stay in your lovely home! It was perfect!

We loved this unit! It had plenty of space for me and my partner, and the washer and dryer was a nice surprise. The river walk is less than a mile away, and the gardens on the property are beautiful. We’d love to stay here again!

Lovely apartment within walking distance of UC Davis. It has everything you need for a short stay, and I felt at home right away. The location is excellent: right next to Trader Joe’s and a bus stop. Communication with the host was great: very friendly, quick to respond, and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here!

Juan was extremely flexible when it came to checking in. Check in was set for 4pm, and I had a car full of boys playing in a tournament that weekend. I asked Juan if we could check in early and sure enough, we checked in early. The house was very nice, spacious, and comfortable. plenty of linen and pillows, and sleeping spots. The basketball hoops inside was a big bonus!

Super cool place with lots of personality in a neat little town. Great vibe staying in a historic old ice house impeccably converted into a cosy cottage. Fantastic home decor, exactly as pictured on the web. Location was outstanding with an easy walk to the wedding and rehearsal dinner we were there for in town. Perfect home base for adventures in Amador County. Very responsive and communicative host.

Our second stay at Alley House, and already looking forward to returning. We celebrated our daughter’s college graduation during the stay. It was the ideal location and provided a home-like feel for a special family gathering. We really love the outdoor space and were visited by the local peacocks one afternoon.

What a lovely home and property! As we pulled up to the house one of the first things you see is the beautiful pool. Quite a beautiful first impression! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was as represented. Very well maintained and clean. We would definitely stay at Adrienne's home in the future!

This was the perfect place to stay the night before my wedding! My bridesmaids and I had a fantastic time and the space was perfect for our hair and makeup artist to do her best work. Wendy was an excellent host! We were looking for a large home to host our annual overnight work retreat and this was perfect. It’s about a 15 minute drive from Beal’s Point at Folsom Lake, perfect for a lake day and recommended to us by Wendy. The home was luxurious and clean with a fully stocked kitchen and tons of indoor and outdoor seating, including a hammock! The laundry onsite was especially handy after a lake day. Wendy was very responsive and flexible with our requests for an earlier check-in and later check out. There is also lots of parking in the garage and driveway. If it’s available, we hope to have our retreat again here next year!

Kathy’s place was a wonderful home base for our Tahoe weekend. Being able to walk out to the edge of the lake, and out onto a beautiful pier in the peaceful water, just a minute away from the unit, was magical. It was very close to Tahoe City shops and restaurants- you could easily walk or bike over. The location was ideal. The complex was very quiet while we were there (Spring), really so peaceful, and just enough away from the bustle of the main road. Kathy was a very helpful and communicative host. Everything was comfortable and clean, and we had any amenity we could think of at the ready. All around, a lovely stay in a beautiful place, thanks Kathy!

The house is so cute and quaint with beautiful scenery. Located close enough to town for a quick trip and yetbfar enough from town to enjoy peace and quiet. The house was clean and offered all the amenities of home. I would highly recommend this home

The condo was perfect for my two young sons and me. Check-in/out was smooth and the apartment is just as described. The location was terrific, with a few minutes' walk to the lifts and restaurants. Will definitely book again.

Robyn is a great host, she was proactive and always very responsive. The home is very well equipped and clean. The openness via the patio doors in each room was all the fresh air we needed, there was rarely a need for the a/c. The area itself is very centrally located, with events for the public held at least a few times a week that are within walking distance. We would definitely return when visiting the area again.

5 stars! Easy directions for room key pick up. Very convenient underground parking in building. There were snacks to welcome us, and well stocked kitchen and bathroom. They even had phone chargers in every room. The place was very clean and directly in the village next to a lovely wine bar. Would absolutely stay here again. Easy access to the lifts (approx 5 min) and all the restaurants and bars are stars away.

Susan was very nice and her place had everything needed to have a great time at the Kirkwood resort. Cabinets were stocked with anything you need to cook meals which you don’t see often with Airbnbs. Definately will be coming back!
