Fully outfitted 4-bedroom home in Arnold, CA (elevation 4000 feet). Vintage family home, full of antiques and collectibles, not a modern house. If you like visiting grandma's, this will be cozy and comfortable. Great for families with kids or 2-3 couples. No Central AC, but one portable room AC upstairs. Behaved dogs OK, but no smoking please. Three bedrooms with Queen beds, plus dorm with six twin beds. WI-FI , TV with DVD player and lots of DVDs. Restaurants and grocery 5 minutes away.

There is a 50" flat screen in the living room, 3 Sonos speakers to play your music and the kitchen is stocked with plenty of Williams Sonoma cookware, knives, and dishes.

We had a great stay at the house! No cleaning fee! which was amazing in this time of insanely expensive fees, the trade off of making the beds and keeping the house clean at the end of the trip was worth it. The house is better in person than the pictures, we loved it- and it worked perfect for our two families, having the cousins in the bunkbed room was fun.

From start to finish we felt very welcome. The house was exceptionally clean and very creative, with everything we needed. The huge yard was fabulous, even out of season. Olga is a very experienced and dedicated host, and she continually looks for ways to please her guests. We were in town to visit family and Olga's place delighted everyone from our 1 year old (great toys! chickens!) to 64 years (bicycling fun and meals in the garden).

The home is located in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood and conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and more. Check-in was a breeze thanks to Joanne’s clear and detailed instructions. The space was spotless, well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We’d absolutely stay here again.

The shuttle service from the cabin to Alpine is quick and easy. On weekdays parking at the resort is also easy to find. The cabin is well stocked and comfortable to spend a few days in. We had everything we needed, including fast internet, good amenities and a well stocked kitchen. The cabin is a bit creeky but I felt like that was part of a charm of having a cabin. Would stay again.

We're another of the returning guests, which speaks to the comfort and charm of this unique gem. The hospitality and responsiveness of Elizabeth and Steven are also outstanding. Although we haven't done meal preparation, the kitchen is very well supplied. The gardens and fountain provide special memories.
