Jacinta is very nice and the place was very clean. The location is good, close to beaches and Las Palmas. Free parking is also available on the surrounding streets.

Stayed for 10 days. Very nice, attentive and responsive hostess. Always been in touch. The complimentary items at check-in were very pleasing (drinks, cheese). Thank you! The apartment had everything you needed for your stay - kitchen utensils, bath ( gel, shampoo, conditioner, towels), enough wardrobes for clothes. Everything is furnished nicely and with love. Very nice, small but comfortable terrace where we spent evenings, used the gas grill, bathtub. There was always hot water. Parking for the car could always be found on the neighboring streets. Although there was no washing machine, it was not a problem. You can always ask the hostess for help and she helped with the laundry. The location is convenient for those who want to explore the island, the distance is the same to Maspalomas and Las Palmas. The apartment is good value for money. Thanks again for the warm welcome!

The overall stay was very good. The location is good, all the shops are less than 5 minutes away. The only "drawback" is that basic household items are counted (paper, dishwasher, gel, garbage bags...), I think they are things that the guest should not buy. Parking after a certain time at night is practically impossible. Very nice and attentive host.
