It has a double bedroom, sofa bed in the living room , bathroom and a terrace, it has WiFi and parking. Public transport, close to the path of the Bear , to the upper Angliru (cycling turn), its location is perfect to get to know and get around Asturias. Within a kilometer radius there is a cafe , supermarket, hairdresser, pharmacy , medical center,restaurant , church, etc .

Our comfortable 2 bedroom apartment has the perfect location at the edge of the old town - close enough that all the city is right on your doorstep (4 mins walk to the cathedral & city hall). It has a gorgeous terrace that catches the morning sun, wifi, central heating & a smart TV. There's no elevator but it's only half a flight of stairs (8 steps) from street level. We have a large parking space (fits even vans) available for free for guest use just a 3 minute walk from the apartment.

Cozy, nice and relaxing apartment.

It has a GARAGE. My apartment is simple, but at the same time cozy. It has a large window in the living room that I love, especially on foggy days or when the full moon shines in. The beds are made of ecological wood. We love nature, so we have several plants in our home. It has two very nice rooms. The kitchen, bathroom, and living room. It's on the fifth floor with an elevator. You'll love it. Just to say that a small continental breakfast is included as a courtesy

maria was an excellent host, she made me feel right at home! the room was cozy and comfortable and location is perfect close to the bus/train station and a 10 minute walk to the city centre. everything was clean and as pictured. despite the language barrier between us, she went out of her way to try and help me with navigating things and to make me feel relaxed. 10/10 definitely recommend.

Marleni and Pili are wonderful hosts. Casa Amable is immaculately clean, has lovely comfortable furniture and is beautifully equipped. Quiet village location, amazing views of the surrounding mountains but with easy access to main roads makes it an ideal base for exploring Asturias. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A real home from home like this is very rare. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful gem in Asturias. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush nature, peaceful and striking views, and the kind of charm that makes you want to stay forever. The accommodation itself was perfect, just as described (if not better!) with thoughtful details, cozy comfort, and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. But what truly made this experience special was Suni. She was the most wonderful host—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell she puts her heart into making guests feel at home. Out of all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, this has truly been one of my favorites. I left with unforgettable memories and can’t wait to return. Highly, highly recommend!

The stay in Luisa's apartment was very pleasant. She made us feel right at home. The apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood, a 10-15 minute walk from downtown Oviedo. The apartment has everything you need to spend a few days in Oviedo, it also has a small shared patio where you can have a coffee. Great place and location. There is parking on the street, but it's much cheaper at the shopping centre, Centro Cívico Commercial, less than 5 mins walk, less than 5 euros per 24hrs.
