Monthly Rentals in El Carmen, Ciutat Vella

NB: I stayed in December for one month and just as an FYI, there is very little natural light that makes it into the windows. The apartment is much darker than the long-exposure photo they uploaded. Pros: 1. Great location 2. Tons of restaurants around 3. Close to the park Cons: 1. Very little natural light (as opposed to the extra bright photos, though there are good lights inside) 2. Very loud at night 3. Tiny tiny kitchen (no ventilation - so I never cooked)

This apartment was absolutely perfect. GREAT location just steps from Central Market and very convenient for exploring the old town. The guest manual and recommendations that Sergio provided were super helpful. Lucia helped me get settled and was super responsive when I had questions. Absolutely amazing stay - 10/10 would recommend!

Nice and cozy place. And great location, walkable distance to everything you need!

Laura is an excellent host, always ready with a wealth of local knowledge - the apartment itself was beautiful, large and spacious, very well furnished complete with new towels… highly recommended.
