Wonderful two-story house in Benaocaz, a beautiful village in the Sierra de Cádiz. Downstairs, it has a living/dining room with a fireplace, a kitchenette, and air conditioning. The upper floor has a large bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 cm and a built-in wardrobe, another cozy bedroom with 1 bed of 1.35 cm and 1 bathroom with shower plate, it does not have air conditioning. Upstairs there is also a magnificent terrace with beautiful views of the mountains.

Eco-Finca Utopia

My brand new eco-house is located in a small valley surrounded by untouched nature very close to the nature park near Grazalema and with many hiking trails all around and near the Embalse de Zahara. During construction, we used natural and recycled materials and the sun supplies electricity via a solar system. On the 3.5 hectares of land there are mainly olive trees and from the top you have a beautiful view of the Sierra de Grazalema.

In the last one there is a salt water swimming pool where you will enjoy the warm days typical of our region. There is also a barbacue and a comfortable eat in or read. Very well-lit house, both naturally and artificially, located a 5-minute walk to the town hall square. It is rustically and stylishly decorated, with wood being the main feature. Parking is also available very close by. Newly installed air conditioning in the master bedroom along with two ceiling fans.
