Very happy with my stay here. It is a fairly old building which is why it is in a prime location. The apartment however has been modernised beautifully, making it very comfortable. The balcony is perfect for looking out at the sea. Recommended, and hope to return.

Pleasant stay , the photos do not do the apartment justice, much better in person. clean very tidy, airy & spacious, garden terrace is a fabulous size with lovely views if you wake up early to catch the sun rise, you get the sun there all day so can bath out the back garden and relax in peace. the pool is a few second walk away from the front door, which also holds a beautiful swim Up view. So close and easy. 15mins to Marbella puerto Banús , 20 with traffic , lots of shops/ restaurants around if you look for them on your map. Tasty tapas in benahavis. Ronda is 1hr away, such a Beautiful place! Only down side is , bring ear plugs as the next door neighbour was extremely loud, could hear arguing through the bedroom wall as I was trying to sleep most nights, but once earplugs in it’s a very peaceful sleep There is also building work going on, as a new development is being made around the area, can be a little on the loud side. Apart from that I really enjoyed & would stay again

We went to Marbella family, with a 3 month old daughter and grandparents. The place was very spacious and comfortable for the whole family. Nearby parks, close to the sea, nice walk to the city center. Parking is a big advantage, everything under the roof, which made it easier with a toddler.

I had high expectations, but the apartment was even better, witn an unbeliveable view.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect—just a short walk to both the beach and the city center, making it incredibly convenient. The space itself is beautifully furnished, and it has a cozy, welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-placed stay. The host is very nice and all our messages were answered within minutes.

We had a great stay at Karen's apartment. It's well placed for all amenities and close to the beach and Marina. Everywhere was spotless, had everything we needed and more and it was a very comfortable. Communication with Karen and Becky was first class, they responded instantly, clear and precise instructions and directions and were flexible with check in and out. I will definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

The actual appearance was the same as the listing photos, so I was satisfied as soon as I arrived. The interior was tidy and well maintained. It was also close to nearby attractions, so it was convenient to walk to most of them. The location is great for sightseeing and coming back. I want to use it again next time!

Communication: Ivan was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. He answered all my questions promptly and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Location: The apartment is situated in a fantastic location, making it convenient to explore the area. Everything I wanted to see was within walking distance, which made my trip even more enjoyable. Hosts: Ivan and his wifere were wonderful hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and had a great experience. Their hospitality truly made a difference. Very good hosting. Impeccable availability and responsiveness. The accommodation is modern, tastefully decorated, with all the comforts, and everything necessary in terms of linen <towels, tea towels>, cleaning products <laundry, dishwasher etc.>, shower products. Bottle of water and other drinks offered on arrival, which is nice after a trip. A beautiful covered terrace to admire the residence's plantations and blue skies. This place is a great find. I would 100% recommend it.

The apartment was very well equipped, nothing was missing. Everything was very clean and tidy. The hosts were very attentive and communication with them was very easy and fast at all times. We were very comfortable during our stay.

Had such a lovely stay. The apartment is huge with a lovely balcony giving late afternoon sun. The bed & outside furniture are super-comfy, Wi-Fi is good, parking is easy & there are great walks near by. Communal pools & spa looked great, but not used by me as I had my dog with me. Easy & quick to get taxis if you want a night out (& they take dogs). Highly recommended.
