La vivienda cuenta con un salón con cocina integrada completamente equipada y una terraza que llena de luz la estancia, le encantará la decoración acogedora del espacio. Existe una habitación independiente con capacidad para 2 personas, equipada con una cama muy confortable de 1,50 y armario con espacio suficiente para colgar y cajoneras. Hay un baño completo con ducha, le enamorará el diseño. El sofá cama disponible en la vivienda, el más cómodo de su categoría, posibilita que sean dos personas más las que disfruten del apartamento en una estancia separada. Su cercanía al mar y las grandes ventanas instaladas en cada extremo de la vivienda hacen que el aire natural inunde la estancia, en cualquier caso la vivienda cuenta con climatización de aire frio y caliente y todo lo necesario para que se sienta como en casa. En la cocina encontrará todo lo necesario, está completamente equipada con todos los utensilios comunes en cualquier hogar como exprimidor o tostadora, además de lavavajillas, horno, gran bevera con congelador y cafetera de última generación.
