The cost is a one-time fee of €60, which includes a box of firewood to heat the tub. If you need more wood, you can purchase an additional box for €10. Of course, you’re also welcome to bring your own firewood. Feel free to bring flip-flops and a bathrobe for extra comfort. Recreation in the forest settlement of Glashütte, House Iris

Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

Langenholtensen 5 min. to Northeim, approx. 5 km to the A7. Known for its half-timbered buildings, the Harz, the Solling and the Ith. On site: Netto with bakery and a butcher shop. In Northeim: restaurants, cafes, ice cream cafes, etc.Cinema, mini golf course, tourist information, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, recreational lake, museum. The apartment has its own entrance. Bright and stylishly furnished small apartment (approx. 248 sq. ft.) for 1–2 people, with a double bed, kitchenette, rain shower, smart TV, and Wi-Fi. Private parking, e-bike parking in the basement and only about 100 m to the Hausherzberger pond. Perfect for nature lovers: hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, swimming - all within walking distance or within easy reach. Supermarkets are within walking distance. Non-smoking apartment. Bed linen and towels included.

Central and barrier-free apartment with terrace

The rooms are located in the basement of the house and are accessible without stairs. Two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet + shower and a kitchenette with fridge, coffee maker and kettle are available. The level is exclusive for our guests. There is a separate entrance from the outside with beautiful views of the garden, which can also be used. The house (first floor) is occupied, but very quiet. We have a small dog that is very family friendly.

The apartment with fantastic views comprises the entire attic of my house. It is located in a quiet location in Lamspringe directly on the edge of the forest and is completely newly renovated. It is accessible via the main entrance via a separate (!) A place of rest close to nature. The bedroom has a large, cozy double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and there is a sofa bed. Wi-Fi, TV, radio available, apartment is well equipped. Small outdoor terrace.

Living in a half timbered house

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. There is enough space on the 2 floors! Even 2 people feel good and secure on 1 floor with the beautiful living and living room! The apartment is built and designed with natural building materials, such as wood, clay and eco-paint. The apartment is rather unsuitable for children for safety reasons. Also for people who have difficulty with stairs.

Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.
