In the large garden of the house you use alone, there is a beautiful south terrace, a trampoline and a beach chair. You are quickly and easily in the city center, at the airport as well as on the North Sea and Baltic Sea (A7/A23). Parking spaces available for free in the premises! In the basement live two cats, which are supplied daily via a separate entrance. No smoking in the house and garden!
