The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is within 8 minutes walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and unlimited in time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Die Wohnung hat einen kombinierten Wohn- und Schlafraum, sowie eine voll ausgestattete, separate Küche und ein Duschbad. Es gibt keinen der Wohnung zugewiesenen Parkplatz. Daher empfiehlt es sich ohne Auto anzureisen, oder aber das Auto auf einem P+R Parkplatz abzustellen.

The second bed is a bunk bed. The bottom is 1.20m x 2.00m and the top is 0.90 x 2.00m. The upper part is suitable for children aged 6-12.
