Sie ist ideal für Familien geeignet & besticht durch ihr schönes Design. Die Ferienwohnung (80m²) hat hohe Decken und wurde komplett renoviert, um einen stilvollen Charme zu bieten. Die Wohnung verfügt über moderne Fenster. Sie befindet sich in einem ruhigen Hinterhof. Genießen Sie die warmen Tage auf der schönen Terrasse

Wir haben unser Traumhaus gebaut und wir freuen uns dich als unseren Gast darin zu begrüßen. Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Wir haben uns viel Mühe gegeben um dir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Das Studio liegt im UG des Hauses und verfügt über ein Doppelbett, Einbauküche, Tisch mit 2 bequemen Stühlen sowie ein eigenes Duschbad. Im Außenbereich ist ein Tisch mit Stühlen zum verweilen bei gutem Wetter. Herzlich Willkommen

A central oasis of well-being & green surroundings

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is within 8 minutes walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and unlimited in time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Shopping, restaurants, a park, playground and lake are close by. Looking forward to your visit :-)

Gemütliches Nordic Nest Apartment / Henriette 1

Das Nordic Nest Henriette 1 ist eine gemütliche und neu eingerichtete 1-Zimmer Wohnung. Über einen eigenen Zugang im Souterrain erreicht ihr das zentral in Eimsbüttel gelegene Ferienapartment. Die Wohnung hat einen kombinierten Wohn- und Schlafraum, sowie eine voll ausgestattete, separate Küche und ein Duschbad. Es gibt keinen der Wohnung zugewiesenen Parkplatz. Daher empfiehlt es sich ohne Auto anzureisen, oder aber das Auto auf einem P+R Parkplatz abzustellen.

The bright apartment is located on the 1st floor of a newly renovated old building villa in the charming and family-friendly district of Eimsbüttel. In the vicinity are a variety of cafes, bakeries, restaurants, bars and boutiques. The Eimsbütteler Park directly behind the house also offers a wonderful recreational opportunity in the countryside overlooking the pond. For children, the large playground in the park offers a lot of variety.

Welcome to my unique and stylish city oasis perfectly located in between the hip districts of Sternschanze and Eimsbüttel. The charming 56m2 house is a former artist studio which offers the perfect combination of urban flair and tranquility. The house impresses above all with its amazing location. Nestled in a quiet green courtyard, you will find numerous cafés, bars, restaurants, boutiques and supermarkets just a short walk away.

Donkey Cottage (Eppendorf/Close to UKE)

Donkey Cottage is located on the grounds of the Easterfield Campus. This is an inspiring place to work, network and exchange ideas, in the middle of Eppendorf with an enchanting garden. Originally the gatehouse of a coffee roasting company, Donkey Cottage has now found a new purpose by accommodating guests. Donkey Cottage is located in the immediate vicinity of Eppendorf University Hospital (UKE). A free parking lot is available.

The large, extraordinary loft-like apartment is centrally located in the trendy Schanze and Altona district. Beautifully located in the backyard with lots of greenery. In addition to the relaxed bedroom, there is a large work/dining/living room with its own tea/coffee station , which is integrated in the entrance area. A large terrace with seating area offers space for relaxation. NOTE: Entrance is done and kitchen is shared.

Charming guest suite with terrace in the backyard

Enjoy the city life in our high quality furnished guest suite. It is super central and yet very quietly located in our charming backyard. The courtyard invites you to linger in nice weather and can be shared. Around us are apartment buildings. The suite has a completely separate entrance. It is small, cozy and offers everything you need.

Stylish, central apartment in the University area.

This apartment has everything one needs for a perfect stay in Hamburg. It's centrally located and well equipped. An occupancy of 2 adults + 1 children is ideal (2 children possible). The second bed is a bunk bed. The bottom is 1.20m x 2.00m and the top is 0.90 x 2.00m. The upper part is suitable for children aged 6-12.

Central and urban accommodation

The accommodation to be rented is located near the Sternbrücke. Sternschanze and Reeperbahn are within walking distance! The apartment is in the courtyard of a new residential complex. In the living room, I set up a cozy 1.60 m + 2.00 m Tojo guest bed for the guests. A sample image can be seen under additional images.
