Auf 180qm Wohnfläche verteilt auf Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Kamin, drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. Die Unterkunft hat ein masterbedroom mit einem angrenzenden Dreibettzimmer und eigenen Ensuitebad. Ein zweites großes Schlafzimmer mit einem eigenen Bad steht unseren Gästen zur Verfügung. Eine Leseecke mit einem gemütlichen Schlafsofa rundet das Angebot ab.

Hamburg Elbstrand

Liebe Gäste, das zu mietende Objekt liegt in zweiter Reihe an der Elbchaussee. Sie können den Garten mitbenutzen (großes Trampolin mit Basketballkorb). Die Himmelsleiter und damit die Treppe zum Elbstrand ist 2 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Dort kann man einen Kaffee in der Strandperle oder dem Ahoi genießen und eine Kleinigkeit essen. Internet ist vorhanden und darf mitbenutzt werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Metzgerei) sind fußläufig 5-10 Minuten in der Liebermannstrasse zu finden.

When the upstairs apartment is occupied, you may hear life above.

The apartment is located in the middle of Hamburg's feel-good district of Ottensen, the Mediterranean side of Hamburg. Within a maximum of 10 minutes by train, all the most important places in Hamburg are within easy reach: Schanzenviertel, St. Pauli, Landungsbrücken, Elbphilharmonie, Jungfernstieg and even the idyllic Blankenese.

Our approx. 90 square meter apartment is located in Norderstedt district of Glashütte, directly in the north-western affluent suburbs of Hamburg. The city center of Hamburg can be reached by car in about 1/2 hour by car, the surrounding moors in about 20 minutes on foot. The sun-drenched apartment is colorful and cheerfully decorated and has a large TV and a fully equipped kitchen. A guest parking space is right on the property.

My apartment is a classic Hamburg Knochenbau. The front rooms are connected by an Art Nouveau door - a north-facing balcony leads off from the dining room. The bedroom with box spring bed goes out to the courtyard. There is also a home theater with projector, screen and sound system. And a rain shower.
