Large 120 m2 cabin. The cabin has a high standard and many beds. Otherwise, there is everything you need for amenities in the cabin; dishwasher, 2 toilets, shower, outdoor shower, freezer, washing machine and fridge. The cabin has the forest as the nearest neighbor and many nice patios. If you follow the road further uphill by car, about 3 minutes, you will find Mjøsli cabin parks. Here are a lot of activities for all seasons; mini zip-line, climbing, football, volleyball, cross country skiing, ice skating, sledding slopes ++

The cabin is located in historic surroundings by the Eidsvoll building. Central location: Train 5 min to Oslo Airport, bus 3 min to train station, bus stop 200 m. Museum, galleries, cafes(wifi), restaurant and second hand right next to the cottage. Great hiking areas and swimming beaches at Hurdalsjøen 2 km. Great location with free view of Norway's largest lake, Mjøsa. 30 minutes from Oslo Airport, Gardermoen and about 50 minutes from Oslo city center. You sleep in the living room (there is no separate bedroom), there is a double bed. The Stabburet is part of a farm that has been significantly upgraded in recent years and offers accommodation, participation in growing vegetables. Events are held from time to time. This was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Ida was so kind and helpful, always making sure we are ok, especially around New Years! The place was in a beautiful remote location only 10 minute drive from the closest village which was lovely (and a train station only 30 mins into Oslo) I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish her all the best in the future would highly recommend! There are some beautiful walks around there too! The fire was amazing and there was plenty of wood to help ourselves to. The heating and hot water were perfect and kept us warm especially after a walk in the snow. Thank you so much to Ida! Would definitely recommend 1000/10

Ellen was very responsive and helpful. In fact she replied immediately to any requests and questions. Her cabin was welcoming, homely and spotlessly clean. She had added lots of thoughtful touches candles were already in the holders, the fire pit already had logs in it, there were games both inside and outside and throws to keep us cosy! The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The garden leading into the woods was absolutely beautiful and a real treat with seating in lots of areas. The view of the lake was breathtaking even in the fog and low cloud! In the garden we spotted lots of wildlife including a nuthatch on the bird table and a woodpecker in a nearby tree. Close to Oslo but we preferred to explore Hamar and Lillehamar. Highly recommended and we would love to return. Our only regret is the cabin is too far from our home to use regularly. Peaceful, welcoming, tranquil and comfortable! A perfect cabin retreat!

Incredibly great, cozy little cabin in a fantastic location. Summit trip in the immediate vicinity and bustling bird life right around the cabin wall. Atmospheric with candles and fireplace at night and as the only source of light. Nice place that I want to come back to.
