This was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Ida was so kind and helpful, always making sure we are ok, especially around New Years! The place was in a beautiful remote location only 10 minute drive from the closest village which was lovely (and a train station only 30 mins into Oslo) I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish her all the best in the future would highly recommend! There are some beautiful walks around there too! The fire was amazing and there was plenty of wood to help ourselves to. The heating and hot water were perfect and kept us warm especially after a walk in the snow. Thank you so much to Ida! Would definitely recommend 1000/10

Great cabin right next to Mjøsli

Very nice cabin, located in the lake facing the Mjøsli field. Nice to walk, but you have to walk a bit along the road to get up to the top. Nice w sauna and two bathrooms. The kitchen has just about everything you could possibly need. Large, nice terrace and grass lawn for play and fun. Everything you need for cleaning is also available. We had a great time here and will be happy to come again 😀

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The host went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, providing detailed instructions about the area and fantastic recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. The apartment itself was spotless—truly one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed. It was also fully equipped with everything we needed and more, making it feel just like home. The host’s friendly and welcoming attitude made us feel comfortable right from the start. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future! We had a lovely stay at Mjøsli - this cabin is perfect for department collection for a large bunch. The cabin is sheltered, and has an absolutely stunning view. The cabin has all the amenities and the beds were even prepared when we arrived. It was easy to connect to a TV screen to show presentations, and plenty of space for cooking, eating, and socializing, both outside and inside. Gunnar as a host made our stay great, he was proactive and followed us up both before and during our stay, always responding quickly if we had any questions. We are looking to return next year!

Ellen was very responsive and helpful. In fact she replied immediately to any requests and questions. Her cabin was welcoming, homely and spotlessly clean. She had added lots of thoughtful touches candles were already in the holders, the fire pit already had logs in it, there were games both inside and outside and throws to keep us cosy! The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The garden leading into the woods was absolutely beautiful and a real treat with seating in lots of areas. The view of the lake was breathtaking even in the fog and low cloud! In the garden we spotted lots of wildlife including a nuthatch on the bird table and a woodpecker in a nearby tree. Close to Oslo but we preferred to explore Hamar and Lillehamar. Highly recommended and we would love to return. Our only regret is the cabin is too far from our home to use regularly. Peaceful, welcoming, tranquil and comfortable! A perfect cabin retreat!

Amelia & Amer was very accommodating, also asked if everything was okay and we could always reach out to her if we needed anything. To the house itself: the photos don't lie. Such a great and unique place to stay with a relaxed flair, where you can go down and relax from minute one. The house has everything you need and we were able to spend a week so well. We hope our paths are found again because the gold piece here is really unique. To Amelia & Amer: Thanks again for the great vacation. Love you! 🫶🏼

Incredibly great, cozy little cabin in a fantastic location. Summit trip in the immediate vicinity and bustling bird life right around the cabin wall. Atmospheric with candles and fireplace at night and as the only source of light. Nice place that I want to come back to.

The place has beautiful view towards west where you can see many kilometers far. Peaceful. Even though it’s on a farm you don’t feel that you are close to anyone. It was a lovely playful, gentle dog hanging around that my son fell in love with. We were offered some equipment for my son to play with. We stayed a week, we felt privacy. It’s simple equipped, no tv in the living room - but we didn’t miss that. Outside you can sit and enjoy a quiet hour with great views. Relaxing , and totally worth the money ! ( not for disabled people)

The house worked fine, we had everything we needed, we slept like a rock, nice and quiet area. Perfect distance to Gardermoen :) then he owns one of the world's finest dog breed !!!

Christian's home is both charming and idyllic. It is an old house with a squeak in the floor and the stairs and details that belong for a period of time. But the house is otherwise modernized with a dishwasher and what you need in everyday life. For a family passing through, this is a very good alternative to hotels. We arrived so late that we couldn't shop for food, but ordered breakfast with "Morning delivery" and had bread, juice and cold cuts delivered to the door. Recommended😊

It was amazing to stay at Guro's place. ❤️ The area is beautiful and our group of 12 friends was lucky with excellent weather which meant that we were able to use the pool and jacuzzi loads. The house is huge and was sparkling clean when we arrived and kitchen had everything we needed. We even fired up the pizza oven for one evening. Really great stay and super affordable for what it has to offer.

Great apartment with an amazing view and a fantastic balcony—the main reason we chose this listing over the host’s other option. The bed was clean and made up, and the washing machine was a lifesaver for our longer trip (though washing powder was missing, but the host was very solution oriented, responsive and helpful). It‘s nice to have all the essentials (bed sheets and towels) if it is just for one night. The kitchen was OK equipped, but there’s a restaurant in the Wood Tower for breakfast or dinner which makes things easier. Free parking is conveniently nearby, outside of the building. A bit pricey, but overall a pleasant stay!”

Beautiful location. Is a true farm house setup separate from, but right next to the main house (which is host occupied, I believe). Is rustic with some nice updates (eg. bathroom). Lots of space - very comfortable for 4 of us and with room outside to exercise 2 big dogs. close to ski trails, very convenient to the airport, and less than an hour to the heart of Oslo.
