There is a land plot and a child-friendly sandy beach. A few meters out there is a good depth ratio. A brand new floating jetty has been built. New Weber gas grill. Good fishing opportunities. There are a lot of pike, burbot and perch. The TV is connected to Viasat satellite

The apartment has a popular location with a short distance to cafes, restaurants, shopping and parks. Trams and bus just outside the door. Short distance to Karl Johan and Bogstadveien. NOTE: The apartment is my private home with personal belongings on the fourth floor without elevator. The key is picked up with EasyPick at different address (opening hours: 08-00, 09-23 on Sundays). Electric heaters (not wood burning). Duvets and pillows for 5 people, the tenant brings their own bed linen and towels etc.

Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.

This is a beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the Oslo Fjord. You will be able to sunbathe in our lush garden and take a swim in the ocean from our boat dockage. The living room is quite large and has an open kitchen space. The private veranda is also perfect for enjoying the sun and the view. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one main bathroom and one WC with a washbasin.
