Newly renovated, small cozy cottage with magnificent location right on the water's edge by the Oslo fjord. You have 50 meters of private shoreline with your own sandy beach, pier, diving board and mountain knaus. Incredibly nice fishing and swimming facilities just outside the door. You can also access two kayaks that belong to the place. The cottage has a good ceiling height and open solutions, with a small bathroom/shower and two small bedrooms. Toilet in its own wall next door. Underfloor heating, internet, dishwasher and own parking. Ideal for cabin office!

The place is well equipped with everything one might need to maintain your resting pulse. The property is fenced in and inside there are slats from ceiling to floor. The cabin has large window surfaces which provide a lot of daylight and views. With the glass doors, you can open the entire wall and let the terrace slide into the living room. Only 45 minutes from Oslo and 30 minutes from Oslo Airport Gardermoen, this is an excellent break from an otherwise hectic everyday life. As the cabin is to be sold, it is sold for sale when booking well in the future.

Contains: Built-up entrance, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with toilet and shower (120 liter water tank in the bathroom with pump for bathroom and kitchen), kitchen and living room with fireplace and exit to terrace. Access to the cabin over Harestuvannet, rowboat or ski across the water. Rented to housekeepers.

Beautiful summer cottage located by the waterfront in Sande, only 1 hour by car from Oslo. In addition to a private beach with a jetty, there are several beaches nearby, including child-friendly Sandviken only a 5 min walk away. The garden is lush, has good sun conditions all day, no visibility and has panoramic views of the sea. Here there is a lot of bus space for all ages. Access to both a fire pans and a gas grill. The coastal path that goes right past the cabin provides great hiking opportunities in the area.

There are a total of 16 beds in the hut. In addition, we have a cot for the little ones. The cabin is located about 150m from Øståsen's trail network. 220 kilometers of prepared ski slopes! Øståsen borders Nordmarkaa, and gets the one that is well trained you can walk from here through Nordmarka and all the way to Oslo. Summer offers great hiking opportunities both on foot and by bike Bring the fishing rod and you are guaranteed lunch or dinner. Late summer and autumn you will find good with berries and mushrooms.

Modern, newly built cottage at the top of Lygna. The cottage has approx. 140m² of ground surface and with uplifted ceilings in the living room which gives a huge sense of space. Stunning views and 50m to the ski slope! 100m to worked uphill with ski sand The cabin has a large sauna with comfortable space for 6 people and an indoor hot tub for two people. In the living room one can enjoy the wood-burning fireplace, and the kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, steam oven and induction hob.

Three houses on a large property just by the sea. The main house is just renovated and has 5 bedrooms. Two smaller houses, each with toilet/bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms. Perfekt for big families who want to spend long summer days. The area is quiet but still very near to Oslo, with just 8 minutes to walk to the ferry who takes you to Oslo in 24 minutes. Parking is available on the property. We have two cats that wills stay in the house during your stay.
