the cabin is in the middle of the forest and very calm and quiet, it was incredibly cozy inside as the outside, we did not take the time and try out the stomp since it takes so long and fill up and get it warm, this is an amazing family cottage

Annebeth, Martijn and their daughter were excellent hosts. The place was idyllic and was exactly how it was described. The hike to the lake from the cabin was also pretty great and we enjoyed it a lot! It was nice and peaceful. It felt great to disconnect from everything for a couple of days. Our 3 year old daughter had a great time interacting with their dog and chickens as well :) Highly recommend their place for your next getaway!

Great and peaceful place to be close to nature and escape the city. Fantastic views, sauna and hot tub. Olga and Sergey were available for any of our questions.

Great place if you are a group on a trip and want accommodation + room for social. The house has everything you need and everything is simple and straightforward. Peaceful location at quite a short distance from the city center if you have a car. Happy to travel back multiple times.

Have stayed at Hjørntre several times, it is so easy to be here, quick and good communication with the host, central and smooth, great hiking areas across the street and has everything you need at the cabin :)

Incredibly great, cozy little cabin in a fantastic location. Summit trip in the immediate vicinity and bustling bird life right around the cabin wall. Atmospheric with candles and fireplace at night and as the only source of light. Nice place that I want to come back to.

Lovely house to stay in. Located in a quiet area, near a small airport (no noise pollution observed). It has all the comforts and offers plenty of space in and around the house. The contact with the host was particularly friendly, involved and approachable (if necessary). In the meantime, the host informed if everything was still to your liking.

We had the Easter holidays in this great house at Ammerud, and had a great time! It was easy to find and the house was exactly as depicted: spacious, tidy, modern and super stylish. Short distance to public transport and shops. We are happy to come!

Our stay at Michael and his family's place was fantastic. The house is very large, is really equipped with every comfort and has a lovely garden. It is also beautifully decorated and it is full of toys (especially for girls, age between 4 and 10 years), both inside and out. The house is in a good location; with a few minutes walk you are at the metro station where you can grab the metro to downtown Oslo. Finally, Michael responded directly to questions during our stay and was very welcoming. Absolutely recommended, this accommodation!

Nice spacious house for two people, good beds, beautiful veranda.Vidar welcomed us very friendly and took immediate action in the event of a leak in the bath.The lake was within walking distance, great for swimming, but unfortunately the weather wasn't good so we didn't do that.
