Wonderful apartment and very responsive host, providing clear instructions. We felt right at home, the apartment had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen, the bed was super comfortable and having a private sauna in the apartment was a dream. We had an amazing stay.

Everything's fine, anytime. The sauna is only open in the afternoon and closed on Thursdays. There is a bread roll service in the building.

Convenient equipment, everything needed is available. Very nice swimming pool in the house, directly accessible from the apartment with elevator (also in a bathrobe and bathrobe), optimal!

We stayed in HOME Suite 5 and felt very comfortable. Both the communication with the landlord and the holiday apartment support on site were friendly, fast and professional. We had a small technical issue and could have had an electrician in the apartment the next day to fix that. We didn't want to spend our vacation days with craftsmen appointments and therefore gratefully declined, but were really enthusiastic about the commitment! The apartment is very chic and well maintained. The bathroom is a bit smaller than we had expected, but we were enthusiastic about the large balcony: here you can park several bicycles if you are in the Harz for biking! We will be happy to come back :)

We had a wonderful time with our 4 children + dog. If you can make friends with crooked ceilings and the smell of the old house, then this accommodation is simply recommended: Beautiful old half-timbered house with left behind and great garden. Here is a place to slow down and romp in the countryside. The hosts are friendly and helpful. We'll be back!

Everything is great, thank you! Great layout if you're traveling with a lot of people / as two families. Beautiful well-kept garden, good location, quiet area. Wernigerode is a beautiful city and there is plenty to explore. Recommendations for families: Bürgerpark, miniature park, treetop trail, Rabensteiner Stollen mine, fairytale path...

I was also very satisfied with the second stay with Janine. Great family atmosphere in a quiet area Highly recommended.

We were very well received. Every and her husband are extremely nice and friendly. We felt right at home after taking a very long car ride. Too bad we had little time to enjoy the tranquility and pool area. The room is small but nice. Anything you need is present. The private bathroom is beautiful. Usage of the kitchen was possible.

It was the best we've experienced as a group so far. There is so much to discover in the entire complex. Everything has been decorated with an attention to detail. Everyone was super super friendly. The restaurant and wellness area are absolutely amazing.

Thank you for the warm welcome. I felt completely comfortable and enjoyed the great location surrounded by nature very much. Rena is a perfect and very warm host who can be contacted at any time. I'd love to come back. If you want to go hiking, you have great opportunities here. There are plenty of very well signposted hiking trails with wonderful views and some beautiful half-timbered villages and towns to explore.

We stopped at Janine's place on the way to our vacation. Warm welcome. a very good accommodation for a one night stop.
