Hello dear ones, we live in a large well-kept semi-detached house on several levels, and offer an apartment on the ground floor with "private entrance". So a completely separated area with its own living room / hallway / bathroom ( toilet+shower ) / terrace . Everything is fully furnished, incl. Towels / linens / bed 180x200 / washing machine / large fridge with freezer/ stove oven with 2 plates / Wi-Fi/car parking space / etc would be possible.

The farmhouse is beautifully situated in the nature park Münden between Harz and Weserbergland. The university town of Göttingen (9 km) with its historic city center and diverse offers for leisure and culture is within easy reach. On the farm, there is a diverse small animal husbandry and organic vegetable cultivation with permaculture. The surrounding area with an imposing view over the Leinetal to the Brocken (Harz) is ideal for hiking and biking.

This beautiful modern apartment renovated with natural stone floors and lime plaster in the former glass studio Rʻke is beautifully located on the outskirts of the village. In the light-flooded living area with a very nice view of the valley, you can enjoy spectacular sunsets. The entire apartment is on the ground floor and is accessible. Nearby is the hotel complex at Rothenberg, where you can do sauna massages cones, archery , rent bicycles, etc.
