Rural, modern & fully air-conditioned apartment

Lovingly, cozily & fully air-conditioned furnished apartment on the ground floor in a rural location. (Nevertheless, the highway is close. It is 5 minutes by car to the A38.) The city center of Heiligenstadt can also be reached in 5 minutes by car (or 30 minutes on foot via bicycle or rural paths). Cyclists will get their money's worth on the Leine-Heide cycle path, as it is about 800 m away. To escape the stress of everyday life and recharge your batteries, our surroundings are wonderful :)

Our Hexenstube is located on the 11th floor of the Panoramic Hohegeiß (including free swimming pool, children's playground, mini golf course) and offers a magnificent view of the Harz Mountains from the balcony. The Hexenstube can accommodate up to 6 people (including sofa bed). In summer, you can start hiking right in front of the house and in winter there is a beautiful toboggan run right in front of the house.

Your cottage is located right in the middle of the winter sports and hiking area. The first hiking trails lead right by the house and the separate garden with trampoline, garden shed and barbecue terrace. There is a sauna to relax in the opposite sauna house for colder days. The forest swimming pool (pool), which is located directly in the village, provides sufficient cooling in summer.

Had a nice stay! The apartment has clearly been refurbished recently and everything feels new, comfortable and was sparkling clean. It is also fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. The kitchen also has all kinds of material you could wish for. Beautiful views from the living room and the shared swimming pool is a nice extra. I would definitely recommend it.

We were guests at Thorben and Christina's time as guests of Thorben and Christina and it was once again very relaxed and beautiful in Machtlos. The place is cozy and nothing is missing. Our dogs also arrived quickly and we were able to enjoy the vacation very much. We'd love to come back! :-)

We enjoyed our stay very much. The accommodation was clean and in the kitchen you could find everything you need. The nearest supermarket is a few minutes away but as we were traveling by car that was no problem. We also went by car for our excursions. Thank you very much, Kaja!

We had a nice few days at Pete's farm. After personal welcome and introduction to the stoves, we kept it nice and warm ourselves. There was a small fleet for the kids as well as lunches with the animals. Outside it was very cold all the nicer was the warm fire inside. With 6 children & 3 adults, we had more space than necessary. A successful change from the gray city of everyday life.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Communication worked out well. The only drawback (which is probably fixed at some point): the park and elevator situation. For loading and unloading, you were a little wild and the other days the paths to the car were far. Upon arrival and departure, you have to be prepared for elevator waiting times. Due to the location on the almost upper floor, you were still quite well.
