Monthly Rentals in Efford

The flat was beautiful and very comfortable. It is in a built up area but didn’t have trouble finding a parking space. There were lots of lovely touches around the flat that really made it feel like a home from home. Will definitely book it for our next visit to Plymouth.

My parents have stayed at Lisa’s place for the second time, as always Lisa has been very accommodating and friendly. Has helped my parents in anyway possible. Lisa’s place is very cosy and clean and has all the essentials needed. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

The apartment was prestine, modern, cosy, comfortable and had everything that was needed. Lovely little touch of fresh orange juice and some breakfast bits. The bed was comfortable as was the sofa. Smart tv so able to watch some tv. 30 min walk into city centre which was a pleasant walk. Couple shops a few mins away. Amazing shower! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, wish it had been longer than one night! Thank you so much. I hope to return sometime.

Paul was an excellent host, great communication from him both before and during my stay. The property was exactly as in the photo's, ideal for my short stay and just a short walk into Plymouth City centre and the Barbican. The property was very clean and well presented, with a great booklet providing information. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be contacting Paul for any future stays when back in Plymouth.
