This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. We could not have asked for more. Nancy was always checking in to see that we were not needing anything. She was wonderful and her home is extremely nice and homey. I must say the first time the auto shades went up and down on their own scared me to death. I could not figure out on how to get the shades up until I saw the remote control. I highly recommend this b&b you will love the place. So easy to find also and Nancy recommended different places to eat. There is a gas station and great place to eat right at the next street.

Eli is the epitome of a thoughtful, caring and considerate host! If all we brought along with us was clothing it would've been enough! There were even chocolate truffles, water, fresh fruit tray, plenty of good coffee & tea and even eggs & waffle mix! There is not enough room here to type all of the items available. Most importantly, his response time is RIGHT NOW if you text him any questions at all. I will definitely book here again when in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you Eli! ☺️

As always, house was clean, comfy and cozy. We have stayed here 2 times and 1 of their other listings also, and have not been disappointed. Always clean, clear instructions on how to clean before leaving and how to use specific items. Breakfast items are always available plus some teas and coffees, spices. We love it.

Really great location. We were able to walk to the capitol, a great bakery, the Abraham Lincoln Museum and a ghost tour, all downtown, and everywhere else we wanted to go was an easy drive. The neighborhood isn't what you'd call pretty -- it's office buildings, parking lots, apartments, etc. -- but it was quiet and we never felt unsafe. The loudest thing was the train that goes by every so often about four blocks away. I think it's legally required to blow its horn in the middle of the city, but maybe not overnight. You can hear it, but it's not obnoxious. The host was great. We had no problems getting in and out and there was plenty of room for our dog as well.

We just finished our trip to Dana, IN and the surrounding area to visit family that had moved there. Kevin was the perfect host. He was professional, prompt and kept in touch to make sure our stay was as planned. Kevin's 1960's ranch home was ideal for our trip. The location meant we were within a 30 minute drive of family and friends. The house was spotless and well furnished. Kevin had all the amenities you could hope for ready for a hassle free stay. Even though our trip just ended we are already planning our return. If Kevin's 1960s ranch is available the next time we visit it will be our first pick. Renee was a great host with quick response time and provided added resources for what shelbyville had to offer. The house exceeded our expectations and we appreciated all the amenities that the house had to offer- will be recommending to other organizations to use for retreats!

The house was very comfortable and homey. The lake was very nice. We were there while it was still cold, so we did not get to take advantage of the pool and hope to go back during a warmer part of the year. We highly recommend this house!

Our family of 16 stayed and had a terrific time, so much for the kids to do. Among the pool and hot tub the indoor swings and bunks with slide were a bonus that the kids could not get enough of. Abundance of sleeping room and plenty of bathrooms with ample amount of space. The upgrades in the movie room with bedroom/bath were gorgeous. Our family movie night felt like being right at the show but the children and adults could cuddle up. Everyone listened to their favorite genre of music on the rockn surround sound system. We had fun playing kick ball and an Easter egg hunt in the enormous front lawn. Can not say enough about the space at this place. We were able to prepare our own buffet style meals in the large kitchen/dining area and the french vanilla Cappuccino machine they provided was a hit. Sean was a super friendly host!! Memories made and so so much more fun than staying at a hotel in separate hotel rooms.

This place was great for our whole family when in town for a wedding. Very clean and very welcoming. Would stay again if needed.

What a wonderful getaway. Although it rained most of our trip we enjoyed staying inside and driving around to find nearby covered bridges. The home was clean and we felt right at home. Thanks for having us! We hope to come back in the summer months to enjoy the pool & stargazing.

This was a very comfortable place for my group. We were in town for only two nights for a family get together, and we travel a 12 hour drive one way, so it's important to us to have ease of use and comfort. Jackie was very gracious and checked in to make sure we were happy. Thank you!

My wife and I totally enjoyed our stay, It is in the country and the area is beautiful. It is a few miles from a Walmart which is convenient for getting anything you need. Peter and his wife were so kind and thoughtful. The internet was excellent as well. Great place to stay.

What an amazing place! April’s property is beautiful, right at the edge of a lake. The location is secluded and serene—perfect if you are looking for a break from it all. The home had everything we wanted, the kitchen was well-equipped, the bathrooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. We are so glad to have found this gem, and hope to stay again!

This was a great place to stay while birding at Goose Pond. my husband loved being able to fish from the dock. A beautiful peaceful place.

Marla is a great host. We have stayed with her multiple times and each stay is wonderful. Clean home, very responsive host, and close to downtown Centralia. We definitely recommend this property and host.

Other than a killer thunderstorm that rolled thru at night was nice and peaceful. Nice to open up the overhead door and let in all the springtime air.
