Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Edersee

The whole stay was great. Place was as described. With two people, the apartment would have been too cramped for me personally, but completely sufficient as a solo traveler.

A nice location, with a terrace at the back, where you could sit nicely by the river, and behind it the garden. It was a spacious house, with spacious rooms. Even the kitchen was a separate, and very spacious space. Everything was present. Very clean and tidy. Nice hiking in the village. Shops are 4 kilometers away. Edersee 20 minutes by car. Really worth going to. Did a nice brisk walk there. In short, value for the price.

This was the perfect house for our family trip (with 3 generations). Very nice amenities. The location couldn't have been better for us. We definitely recommend the accommodation and the very friendly hosts. Kind regards again to the beautiful Edersee :-)

We had a very nice stay at Oda in the small apartment. Everything necessary was available and everything was already set up for our dog. On request, we were able to use bicycles on site, with which we rode to Kassel city center. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet. Thank you, Oda!

I am happy to recommend the Auszeithaus! We had a lovely weekend in Kleinern. In the charming and idyllically located half-timbered house, you feel at home. The house has been lovingly renovated and furnished.

We had a lovely family weekend in Villasand and were very satisfied !

Despite the rain, we had a very cozy weekend as a large family due to the loving facilities and were able to benefit from the ample space including a playroom and several living rooms as well as a large dining room.

I'm completely thrilled with this house! The photos showed the loving design and the harmonious design – this was absolutely confirmed on site. Everything is decorated with so much taste and heart that you feel right at home. But the absolute highlight is the equipment: From baking dishes, hand mixer, scale, sharp knives and blender to board games, everything is really thought of. In addition, a fully stocked freezer with meat and sausages, a great little shop idea with honey, drinks and much more – just incredible! The beds, an important prerequisite for a relaxing vacation, are a positive. It's nice that even tall people with 2.20 m long deck beds don't have to get cold feet. My conclusion: It's so nice here that I would like to move in and stay directly. Thank you so much for this wonderful temporary home! Communication with Eva was always prompt and friendly.

We were looking for a place to stay with a pool. In addition, Willingen is only about 30 minutes away by car. The pool was of course the highlight. The surroundings are nice and quiet. You have great views. Check-in and checkout also worked smoothly. 2 things we didn't like so much. The mattresses are very soft. The spine sags when lying down. This causes back pain. Free parking should be available on the premises. However, this is not available. We parked at the church, as we were told. The next day we had to stand between a garage exit and a property exit. Nevertheless, it is a great place to stay. The value for money is very good. Everything worked out great.

Comfortable and beautiful place.!

We stayed for three nights with our children (2 and 4) and had a wonderful relaxing time. The house has a beautiful view on landly sceneries and is surrounded by woods, the children had fun playing in the garden. Several beautiful spots to visit closeby in Sauerland, lakes, walking, picnics etc. Heidrun and Udo were really lovely! All in all, 100 % recommended :-)!

Everything tip top. Great accommodation for two families with children. Everything as described, easy check-in, very nice landlords and many nice little things that were ready for us. The place is close to the jungle trail, where we wanted to hike. Accordingly, even the location was perfect. Thank you so much for everything. Clear recommendation.

We had wonderful days. The apartment was really very clean, spacious enough for 2 people. Very atmospheric setting.we could walk wonderfully in the area and there are enough things to do at a short distance.we will definitely go back again .a real recommendation !!!

It was a really nice apartment that left nothing to be desired 😍 the only thing would be maybe fly screens 🙃 The large balcony was just perfect and also that you could see the playground from there. A small stream was nice to play and cool off in. No shops were accessible 😊 on foot, but we had already seen that before. The refrigerator is a bit small for 7 (sufficient for a weekend) The space was well used, in the chamber you could store something, in the kitchen there was unfortunately no empty cupboard for things that do not belong in the refrigerator. Our children and we felt very comfortable, the beautiful decoration made it almost like home ❤️

Everything great! Beautiful, small apartment in a great street with many old, beautifully finished half-timbered houses. The mountain park is easily accessible and there are many restaurants nearby. Everything is easily accessible on foot or with short distances by tram. Kassel is definitely worth a visit. Unfortunately, you can't do everything in one weekend!

Check-in was completely straightforward via key safe. The contact with the host was very friendly. Everything was explained superbly. We came into the apartment and felt immediately comfortable. Nothing was really missing in this apartment. You could easily have spent 2 weeks or more here. Everything was super clean. We slept very well in the bed and would love to come back at any time.

We had a great short break in Katja's cozy and well-appointed studio with terrace in the apartment building. Everything necessary is available and the contact uncomplicated and friendly. Absolutely recommended.
