The "Egge Resort 7f" holiday apartment, set on a hillside in Altenbeken, offers 48 m² of space for up to two guests. It features a living-dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom. The kitchenette includes a dishwasher, microwave, fridge with small freezer, double hob, kettle, toaster, and Philips Senseo coffee machine. In my lovingly furnished apartments you will find the ideal starting point for tours around the Externsteine, the Hermann Monument and all other worthwhile excursion destinations in Lipperland. The apartments are centrally located yet in the countryside. There are shops, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance, and the Externsteine are 'around the corner.' The apartments are non-smoking apartments, no pets allowed.

In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.
