Perfect place for our short cycling and golf holiday.

Excellent apartment, tasteful and modern decor, everything worked fine. Everything seemed as good as new (February 2025). Good comfortable beds. Winterberg is nearby by car. Beautiful view. Quiet location. Easy to find. Key exchange went smoothly. In short, not so much to criticize actually.

The apartment has a super quiet location with a great view. Yvonne is nice, helpful and accommodating. Top amenities. I would rent the apartment again immediately.

Our first ski holiday with children of 3, 6, 6 and 7. Both the children and ourselves felt right at home in the apartment. There was enough space to sleep, cook and live with 4 children. Boris shared all the necessary information well in advance and was also available during our stay for questions/tips. The area itself is quiet, yet central. Supermarket and center of Winterberg are easily traveled both on foot and by car.

We felt very comfortable in the villa. It offers plenty of space, so you can also retreat well. We were 6 adults. The decor is very stylish and has personal charm. The kitchen is very well equipped. Great location to the Elbe and the city. The conversation with Eckhard on behalf of Jan worked out great and was very pleasant. There were North Hessian specialties to welcome us. Thanks a lot!

We had a very nice few days in the quiet area at Claudia's. The apartment is beautiful and we were even greeted with a homemade cake! We were very pleased with the stay and can only recommend it.

The idyllic location of the apartment on a farm is wonderful! There is a sheep stable two floors down, and during the day you can see the animals from many windows: they graze behind the house or lie comfortably in the countryside and occasionally, really nice. The very large apartment with its 3 bedrooms is incredibly beautifully decorated, between modern and antique (many upcycling antiques). This gives you a lot to look and feels very comfortable and cozy right away. There is no lack of comfort, not even in the kitchen and bathroom: just perfect. The landlords are very accommodating and helpful.

Timo was super friendly and greeted me warmly right away. The apartment is modern, well maintained and sparkling clean. The quiet location was perfect for relaxing – absolutely recommended!

The accommodation is top! Very well and modern equipped, clean and furnished as shown in the photos. Communication with the owners is also quick and detailed. Only the cleaning fee of €100 is quite high, but we had to bring our own bed linen, clear the dishwasher and empty the garbage cans ourselves. Checking the electricity meter itself is also recommended (own measurement was 50% less kwh). But definitely recommended.

We had a very nice extended weekend in the forest cottage. Communication with Lena in advance and also during our stay was super uncomplicated and friendly. The house is very cozily furnished, we felt completely comfortable!

we thought it was a nice vacation home. everything was present for a nice homecoming rest and food after our cycling days in the bike parks in the area. especially the living room with the terrace with wide views was great! recommended if you like outdoor sports, tranquility or nature!

The accommodation is extremely well-equipped. Beautiful furniture and a well-equipped kitchen make it easy to feel right at home. 🙏🏽 The communication in advance was super good and everything was as described. Definitely recommended. If you arrive with several cars, then definitely check out the parking situation in advance, there are only 2 parking spaces at the house.

Super nice! Idyllic, large meadow by the house great for ball games or frisbee, several streams by the house + various cozy spots. Inside everything is very tasteful, nice mix of old + new, many wooden beams, very different room heights. Upstairs 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub. Toilet on the first floor would be more practical, especially as the stairs are a little special, just an old building. The remains of the former mill right by the house ensure a clearly audible permanent splashing. But you don't hear any cars driving by at some distance. Directly around the house there are only meadows, water, trees, fields and the neighboring house with 2 (?) other apartments. Many beautiful views. Brilon can be reached in 5 minutes by car, but you feel very nice for yourself due to the valley location. Weak Wi-Fi, which is noticeable when, for example, streaming music and using the library. Good coffee machine. Despite all the small criticisms or ideas for improvement: we felt very comfortable!

We had a girls' weekend at the listing and were more than satisfied. Very nice cozy house. Lovingly furnished and well equipped. In the kitchen everything was plentiful Water was super within walking distance. For the children, there was even a great playground in the vacation village. Host very friendly Conclusion: Highly recommended, 5/5 stars

We had a great stay. The accommodation is super cozy, modern and well equipped. The outdoor area also leaves nothing to be desired. Unfortunately, we had bad weather, otherwise we would certainly have used the nearby lake. All in all, we are very satisfied and would come back. Thanks to Julia for the nice and uncomplicated exchange.

Super nice and accommodating. Great house. Tastefully decorated and more than well equipped. The photos don't do it justice. The cottage really has style. Were there as 2 families with 10 people. There was more than enough space and amenities for everything!!!

Apartment is as described, communication with Alexa hassle-free. Everything clean, kitchen with everything you need, terrace to rest perfect. Recommended!

We felt comfortable with Bettina right now. The roof terrace is the absolute hit :) Bettina was super helpful and always super accessible. Absolutely recommended.

We only spent one night in Thorsten's apartment while traveling from the Netherlands to Poland. We are very satisfied with our stay, it met all our expectations. A super lovely apartment. The highlight is the pool table. Very nice landlords, super accommodating with great communication!

We had a wonderful 3 days in Winterberg and stayed 2 nights at Steve's place. The location is great, you are at the ski slopes/hiking trails/in the center with fifteen minutes. The house is clean and tidy, with 2 bedrooms with in both double bed.

We felt very comfortable in Keanu's apartment. Was well heated, cozy and clean and everything you need : )

Lovely place! Beautiful building and surrounding. We had some hiccup of our trip and Stanfen was so kind and help us settle in quickly, making great recommendation of local scenery and restaurants. We had superb time in Kassel! I give my highest recommendation to the host, this place, and location!
