Listing looked like described. There is everything you need in the area. I liked that it was much quieter than in the city. The hostess was always available for questions. I had a wonderful stay.

Lovely old style apartment done up to modern standards. The place is in an alley just off one of the main roads which means you get sleaze and quiet when you need to sleep. Host was very friendly and helpful when I had questions. You have an import’s market within 2 mins walk for anything you need. For the main old quarter streets it’s around a 10-15 minute walk but you pass plenty of interesting shops and cafes to distract you on the way.

The place had everything I needed and is close to delicious restaurants and important landmarks. Host is super responsive and even had a scale for me to weigh my luggage. I was able to do laundry after a few weeks of travel. There is a friendly security person guarding the building at all times. I had a wonderful stay here and would love to come back!

Place was exactly as described. Huyen was a great host, very responsive, and helpful. Allowed me to check in a little early than the original check in time. She let me leave my luggage at her personal unit in T2 so I can walk around the mall without any hassle. She had my luggage sent to the unit and it was there when I checked in. The unit was new, spacious, clean, and the interior design was luxurious. Smells good, too! Provision of laundry pole in the balcony, spoon, and hand soap for the bathroom sink or kitchen sink would be appreciated. I saw a couple baby roaches around but maybe bec other units in the building can be kind of old. All appliances were working well. Basic amenities were included. I already booked her place again for my trip next month. Overall, I had a lovely stay! Highly recommended!

We e de deliberately chose to stay in the ocean park area as we had other personal business to do in the area, even though it’s far from the main tourist areas of Hanoi, so keep this in mind. That being said, the area is walkable and an especially nice walk is from the apartment to the Vincom Megamall in the early evening past the lakes and there are some nice restaurants and coffee shops to visit along the way in this very new suburban area. The apartment also is well equipped modern and clean with a big bathroom and shower and of course the Netflix is great too. A great stop for a couple of days of peace and quiet away from the super busy central Hanoi.

This place is truly a gem! I don’t even know where to start — there are so many amazing things to say. The apartment is stunning, with a beautifully designed kitchen and living room filled with natural light. It’s equipped with all the appliances you need for cooking, and it looks exactly like the photos. One of my favorite parts was watching the sunset right from the flat and the balcony. The building is part of a luxurious five-building complex, complete with saunas, swimming pools, gyms, restaurants, and more. It’s located right in front of the beautiful Swanlake Park, offering a peaceful, green environment. There are plenty of outdoor playgrounds for children, and even small indoor playgrounds in each building. Our host, Phuong, was absolutely wonderful — very proactive, friendly, and quick to respond to any messages. She helped me out on multiple occasions and shared lots of useful tips about the area and Vietnam overall. I would happily stay at her place again!

The hosts are extremely polite, friendly and helpful! The house is very nice, neat, convenient and comfortable! Strongly recommend!!

I had pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment. The place is clean. It had a cozy and warm atmosphere. The furniture was comfortable, and the living room was huge, as we had 3 kids with us and they have enough space for playing. There was also a kids playground on the ground floor. The building was safe, as there are security guard even druing the night. We had no trouble getting to the place at 2AM when we checked in. Ha was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had.

Ms. Hà is a wonderful host—kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The place is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore the area. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting. Thanks again, Ms. Hà!

This was the best Airbnb my family has stayed at in all of Vietnam. We’ve been living in Vietnam for a year and traveling quite a bit so that is saying a lot! It was so clean and I felt very comfortable. I also really appreciated Betty accommodating for us to stay a little later than the normal check out time. Since our flight was delayed, we didn’t arrive until almost 6am. Betty was very understanding and allowed us to stay longer to recover. I am so thankful, especially since we were traveling with two young kids. I will definitely stay here again if I am ever back in the area!

This is one of the best Airbnb’s I have ever stayed in! The neighborhood is quite in comparison with the old quarter. The apartment is really beautiful and feels like home. Also the host is very lovely and proactive. I give it a 10/10!!!

This is the best host we came across during our visit in Vietnam, She has nice apartment in Times City which is very friendly place to stay with your family. She was very helpful to make our stay a pleasant one.

Nice decoration, excellent value & good location. The 3 bedroom I booked was amazing. Honestly, the room was more than I expected with nice decoration and super clean. The host Mark really made my stay happy and convient, I and my family had such a great stay with such a wonderful recommendation for Tours and car to airport. Highly recommend it.

I had a good stay at Hien’s apartment, everything was as expected, the apartment is spotlessly clean and has nice lake view. Everything works - hot water, aircons etc. There are many eateries and cafes around. I chose the place as it’s near my parents’ house, and definitely hope to lease it again.

If you want to get out of the city, no traffic, or noise. This is excellent location. It is 30-45 min away from old town but if you’re looking to relax no need to go far .

It’s nice place to stay in that I recommend. The service quality is responsive. The staff is very considerate and friendly. I love spending private, neat surroundings. Highly recommend to all of you guys. Definitely visit next time ❤️
