His instruction helped us to use the facilities inside the apartment and he also gave some nice recommendations to visit considering that I am foreigner. It was confusing to use the bath in the first glance but he instructed well to use it so it was quite helpful. He is responsive within short period of time. I would definitely recommend others to visit and stay in his apartment and in case if I visit Hanoi again, I can comfortably book his apartment again.

I loved the owner, super friendly and helpful, the place is vintage and unique, I also loved the decorations inside the apartment, although the stairs are super tight on your way in and out of the apartment, but the apartment itself so so comfortable and beautiful. The location is great, at the Heart of both old quarter and the French quarter. I would stay there again and again. The hostess is really sweet and very communicative and left me and all my 4 friends, magnets, coffee and tooth brushes. Was so nice of her.

We enjoyed our time at Tuan's place! The location is amazing, about 10 minute walk to the Old Quarter and 20 minute walk to Hoan Kiem lake. The unit was designed beautifully and has a beautiful kitchen. The balcony is really cute to hang out and watch the scooters and car pass all day. Host is responsive and polite! Highly recommended.

I stayed in these apartments for a week and had a great experience. The complex is well-maintained, quiet, and clean. A concierge was always present at the entrance, politely opening doors, which was a nice touch. The surrounding area is beautiful and well-kept. The apartment itself is cozy, bright, and well-equipped. Everything felt new, and there was a pleasant scent throughout, including the bed linen and towels. The elegant dishware was a lovely surprise. The bed was incredibly comfortable—I didn’t want to get out of it! A big plus was the heater, which made the space warm and cozy on colder days. The apartment had thoughtful amenities: liquid soap in the kitchen, bathroom essentials, shower gel, shampoo, and even hotel-style extras like a comb, razor, and toothbrush. A full pack of tissues was also provided—very convenient! Check-in and check-out were smooth, with clear instructions. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay. Highly recommended!

Staff were super helpful. They were friendly when I picked up the keys. The hosts were also very responsive when messaged through airbnb. Located in a nice part of Hanoi in Tay Ho near everything you could need. Nice views of west lake from the room.

The accommodation was really great. I spent a month here and it is equipped with everything you need for a long-term stay. The internet is fast and you can work from home. Hot water and good water pressure. AC is brand new and super quiet. Bed is super comfy. There is also a gym and co-working space in the apartment complex. The host was always available and responded immediately to minor complications and questions. Super well located in a small mini town in Hanoi and there was everything you need in the vicinity. Supermarkets, restaurants and spa and you can walk a lot and enjoy the nature and surroundings. I liked it very much, also because it is quieter here than in the city center of Hanoi. Thank you very much for your hospitality and I would definitely come back!

Right in the middle of everything! You can not beat the location! The apartment is spacious with everything you need.

The view from the balcony is unbeatable. It feels like you are in Hoi An. The alley is peaceful and convenient. Walking distance to Van Mieu, which is nice. The studio is well designed and equipped. I like how I can wash and dry my clothes clean right there at the end of my stay. Really enjoyed it.

Tea’s place is a little oasis in the old quarter. Tea arranged for a driver to pick us up from the airport, and made sure we checked in safely. The apartment was clean and nice and cool, and could not be in a more prime part of the old quarter, just a couple minute walk from beer street and our favorite coffee shop in Hanoi. Would stay again!

The host Ngoc is really nice. We asked for help when we made a mistake leaving the key, and they resolved it very kindly. I highly recommend this accommodation.

This is a great house for a big family. It is in a great locality, within walking distance of the night market, shoe market, Hoan Kiem lake and all the great places in Hanoi. The hosts are extremely friendly , proactive and helpful. They let us rest and keep our bags before check in time and also offered us to stay at a larger property of theirs to accommodate our request for a late check out. Thanks to the entire team - Mr. Nam, Ms. Phuong, Mr. Huy and the entire team for making out stay so comfortable and for being so helpful. All the best to the entire team.

Really enjoyed the vibe of this house — quiet and tucked away, but still in a great spot. It’s not a new villa, but it feels lived-in and comfortable, in a good way. Nice to come back here and wind down after a full day in the Old Quarter. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Hanoi.

Thanks to the hosts Hong and Tuan Anh for welcoming us and advising us on a great itinerary at Flower Villa. Oceanpark is a great choice for the kids on Children's Day. They got to swim, ride bikes, play, watch fireworks and snowfall.

We rented that flat 1 month. The host is very friendly and helps where she can, and she responds so quickly. The flat was clean and cozy. The Ecopark area is so beautiful and green with a lot of shops and entertainment. There are no disturbing noises or loud neighbors. This apartment is highly recommended if you search a green and peaceful area.

What a beautiful apartment. I don't have right words to explain the place. Crystal Clear apartment, spotless furniture and the best location. Its like your own home. We enjoyed our stay very much. Host is responsive. I will book it again whenever I will be in Hanoi in future. I will recommend it.

The apartment is located in a neighborhood with lots of greenery on the water and full of shops and restaurants. There are virtually no tourists and you feel completely immersed in Vietnamese culture. Due to the height on the 31st floor, it is quiet and the view is amazing. Diagonally opposite, you can see an old temple! Nice neighbors, conveniently arranged and very affordable!

I really enjoyed my stay at Anh Tuan's home! It was spotless clean, very well located, spacious and had all the amenities I needed. Aside from his beautiful home, Anh Tuan was an exceptional host who was always extremely friendly and responsive! He even took us to an Onsen and showed us the city of Hanoi!! Really cant recommend his home and him as a host enough!! Thank you so much!!!

This is a gorgeous little place, very cozy, in a perfect location. The building is nice, in a location that is still quiet while being only a minute or two from the lake, from restaurants, coffee shops, nice bars, everything! Its a quaint place with good AC, ample space for working and relaxing, with a washing machine as a nice bonus, and all the plants and garden really make it feel like home. Communication was great - Thuy is very helpful and proactive in sharing information and being responsive. Be aware of some noise in the building, but then again you're not going to find a place in Hanoi that doesn't have noise! Would definitely come again.

Wonderful stay for us 4 days 3 nights. It's like an oasis with food paradise right at the bottom of the building and different coffe houses, restaurants at the opposite side and around; gorgeous green jogging and walking area; convenient for parking. The host is super nice and fast, she can provide all related information you need. Appreciate that she let us use swimming cards for 3 for free. Worth your money!

Nice place in a great location. Nearby vegan restaurant was some of the best food we’ve ever had (and we’re not even vegetarian 😂). Many things to do nearby… movie theater, tennis/pickleball courts, restaurants, supermarkets and a lake all within walking distance. Really nice area with lots going on, full of life and community. Chung was a great host, always very quick to respond and helpful. Very safe as well. Definitely would recommend!
