Area with local places just an alleyway away. Tourist attractions are a bit far for walking (train street 25min walk). Bed: I didn't mind the hard mattress, but the default bedding wasn't breathable, had night sweats. Contact Hoang for help.

so far best place i had ever stayed in vietnam.i really loved the place and thanks alot to lily.location is perfect and the view was beautiful too.specially thanks to lily she always respond to me everytime i need it.i had a late time flight and the other guest had a check in as well in same day. so i couldnt extend for late check out.lily took the responsibilites and helped for me to keep my luggages at one of his friends house until 7 pm.i am sure when i come back to hanoi i will contact and try to get one of the properties managed by lily.because i know i will not have any headache and beyond than this i know she will take care me if i need it. by the way apartment is real nice and exactly perfect location for foreigners as well.hope to see you soon.thanks alot lily🙏

Mac was really hospitable and accomodating especially when my family arrived early in the morning. She went out of her way to reccomend food places when we had trouble getting into a restaurant we wanted to try. She has been lovely and an amazing host from start to finish!

My family and I needed to drop off our baggage in the early hours of the day and needed an early check in. Thi was able to meet us at 6am and help us with all our heavy luggage, and even though the check in was supposed to be at 3pm, we were able to squeeze in at 2pm. Super friendly and accommodating. Highly respected.

Amazing host, helped us with early check-in. Close to center. Reasonable price. The facilities are very modern, and everything was so clean.

Bach helped us out in a pinch when our previously booked Airbnb lost power during 100 degree temps. Despite calling late in the evening and the cleaners still in the process of cleaning, he accepted our reservation and rushed the team to complete. Bach had an entire team of hosts locally that were very responsive. Although, not in the old quarter, it was easy to get around to desired locations using grab. The rooms were very nice and very well air conditioned. Even when we lost power due to city grid maintenance, the first floor room stayed cool. This team bent over backwards to recover what could have been a disastrous start to a shared vacation with my family and my two sister’s families. I highly recommend.

The bed and mattress here for me and my companion had the experience of a high-class hotel. The owner Thang was very supportive. I will come back here next time.

Really enjoyed the vibe of this house — quiet and tucked away, but still in a great spot. It’s not a new villa, but it feels lived-in and comfortable, in a good way. Nice to come back here and wind down after a full day in the Old Quarter. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Hanoi.

She was a very friendly and responsive host, the house was worth the price since there were plenty of rooms for only the 6 of us, few of the bathroom doors can't be closed but they were clean and spacious, a big plus was how she helped us to check out late since we had a baby and elderly with us and we also had quite a late flight that day

The location of the homestay is particularly good, far from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area, just a one-minute walk from the intercontinental hotel, and there are many good restaurants and coffee shops and grocery stores around, which is very convenient, and we love the view along the lake.The house is beautiful, we had a wonderful Spring Festival here, the terrace on the top level was beautiful and unfortunately not available to enjoy.The host is welcoming, responsive, and grateful to meet

Everything you can wish for. The apartment is clean, close to the city centre (5 mins by walk to the Opera building and ~15 to the Hoan Kiem lake). There are four toilets in the apartment and a TV setup with Netflix. Certainly recommended.

It was a little lacking, but it was generally clean, and if the host was kind, the response was quick.

This hospitality is quite good to enjoy the weekend at Ecopark. Suitable for family of 6-7 people and there are a lot amentities around this place. Highly recommend this place when you have a trip to Ecopark.

Quite & good sleep at night. Clean & efficient equipment. Responsive host. What more can you ask for for a short work stay? I also love the fact that the scent diffuser created a signature feeling when coming into the studio. Recommend to other guests!

Nice decoration, excellent value & good location. The 3 bedroom I booked was amazing. Honestly, the room was more than I expected with nice decoration and super clean. The host Mark really made my stay happy and convient, I and my family had such a great stay with such a wonderful recommendation for Tours and car to airport. Highly recommend it.

We stayed at this place first and ended up staying again at one of Austin’s other units. Both were great and would stay here again. It’s spacious and close to everything.

This place is truly a gem! I don’t even know where to start — there are so many amazing things to say. The apartment is stunning, with a beautifully designed kitchen and living room filled with natural light. It’s equipped with all the appliances you need for cooking, and it looks exactly like the photos. One of my favorite parts was watching the sunset right from the flat and the balcony. The building is part of a luxurious five-building complex, complete with saunas, swimming pools, gyms, restaurants, and more. It’s located right in front of the beautiful Swanlake Park, offering a peaceful, green environment. There are plenty of outdoor playgrounds for children, and even small indoor playgrounds in each building. Our host, Phuong, was absolutely wonderful — very proactive, friendly, and quick to respond to any messages. She helped me out on multiple occasions and shared lots of useful tips about the area and Vietnam overall. I would happily stay at her place again!

Even before I arrived, she provided detailed information about Hanoi and recommended activities near her place, which really helped me plan my stay. Her apartment is located in a quiet, modern neighborhood—about 30 minutes from the Old Quarter—offering a peaceful escape from the city's hustle. The apartment itself is beautiful, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. During my stay, Ánh was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, always ready to answer questions and suggest things to do. What truly set her apart was how she supported me at the end of my Vietnam adventure. When my flight was delayed for several hours after check-out, she went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable—organizing a nearby spot for me to rest, store my luggage, and enjoy some much-needed air conditioning. She even helped me arrange a taxi to the airport. Ánh’s kindness and dedication made all the difference.
